Yeah, so long as your team, their stats, etc. are reasonable (no godmoding, but be reflective of your nations' demographics as you know/envision them)

And you also have a style mod, which lets the host/s know when they scorinate if your team is defensive-minded or attacking-minded. A mod of +5 is very attacking but with a slight disadvantage vs a defensive team, -5 is a defensive-minded team, and the one I use with my nations, and 0 is more midfield play. This is a very important stat to use.

Also for Madrocea; how long are the stints in the football council for, and should each potential applicant submit sort of a resume as to why they should be, or is it just a 'nominate someone and we'll vote' system?

Whoops, posted with a puppet. As I said on the wrong nation, I'll open up voting this weekend, so we're open for more nominations until then. Voting will last for a week, and then the new commissioner will be in charge of the event. Event will be quarterly, with every commissioner's term handling two events (every three months) over a six month period. No limit on terms, but the elections will be twice yearly.

Is this for host as well? I'm not able to host, but I'm happy to be commissioner (Unless the commissionary hosts it as well is what you're thinking).

At the suggestion of Volcanoc, the runner-up will be chosen as Vice-Commissioner, and should the Commissioner withdraw from their duties, the Vice-Commissioner will run the games for the duration of the term. This way "the show must go on" and the games won't be canceled.
