The year is 1923 a young girl around my age 15-16 is coming home from a school ball with her boyfriend in Jamestown,USA....
They are heading into a underpass when BANG there is a car accedent....
The boyfriend dies immediatly while Lydia is lying their slowly dying of her wounds.She passes on...
A year or two later a man is driving and he comes to the underpass....
A figure appears and it's that of a young girl.Who looks like she's been in a car accident.He pulls over...
"You ok miss?."He asks.
"Can you take me home?." the girl says...
The man does what any good man in those days would do and gives her a lift... She gives him the directions to her house however thought she is quite all the way.
When he finally reaches the place the man gets out of the car and opens the back passanger door.To his amazment where the girls once was NOTHING is there..
So the man walks to the front door of the house....
A lady named Mary answers and he inquires about the girl oddly enough Mary says that her daughter Lydia died in a car accident in the jamestown underpass
To THIS day Lydia remains at her underpass asking passers by to give her a lift home.
If you ever visit Jamestown or live in jamestown procede with caution near Lydia's underpass it's the one with the sign saying "welcome to jamestown." on it...
Also Lydia doesn't posses anyone so she's not that bad...I've nevr been to Jamestown but it's made me think twice about getting my driving license.
