Based on Tabcorp's response, perhaps I am thinking of the wrong kind of vision statement, and if that is the case, please alert me so that I may fix it. (The definition I'm going with is "A one-sentence statement describing the clear and inspirational long-term desired change resulting from an organization or program’s work.")

We in The Commonwealth Party were actually talking a while back about implementing some official procedure to deal with them (Or any other potentially hostile regions) should the need arise. You could join us (or another party) on our forums, and help us write and implement some sort of step-by-step process if need be!

However, we are a peaceful region, so we do not expect any hostilities from other regions and organizations. However, it always pays to be proactive!
