I am claiming, on behalf of The Commonwealth Society, Nafistan's old territory to be 'Commonwealth Capital Territory'.

We can abbreviate it to CCT, yeah:)

I hereby submit this proposed preamble for our Great Charter!

PREAMBLE

We the people of The New Commonwealth Society, in order to organize ourselves politically on a fully democratic basis, promote the general welfare of the many nations, and secure to ourselves and our posterity the complete enjoyment of human rights, placing our trust in social law, do ordain and establish this charter for the Commonwealth in the exercise of our natural rights, we now proclaim within our diversity and union.

In so doing, we declare that:

The democratic system is fundamental to the life of all nations;

We understand that a democratic system is that where the will of the people is the source of public power, the political order is subordinate to the rights of men, and ensures the free diplomatic participation in collective decisions;

We consider as determining factors in our life our aspiration to continually enrich our democratic heritage in the individual and collective enjoyment of its rights and privileges, the loyalty to the principles of Freedom and Duty, The coexistence in the region of the many great cultures, the desire for education, faith in justice, respect for life, peaceful assembly; fidelity to human values over social positions and racial differences economic interests, and the hope of a better region based on these principles.

i know, it may not be necessary but the preamble is the poetry of all extended declarations :D or so I think, it gives the reader hope and it's a summary of what we stand for instead of what our expectations are...I'm just saying haha

Question(s): Can we please not be as embassy happy as we were in the commonwealth society? Can we wait to establish an embassy until:

We've actually established relations with the region.
We know someone within our will be willing to act as ambassador to the region.

@BNE --- curious, does the delegate have setting control for the region? If so, we need to establish articles governing the amount of control the delegate is authorize to possess.
