United nations of the public

I Have A Hard Decision. There Is A Problem Where Someone Streaked In My Country. That Is No Problem. But If I Should Lock Them Up, I Would Decrease Civil Rights. If I Were To Legalize Streaking, Crime And Such Others Will Increase. I Don't Want To Make A Mistake

Hello, I've newly discovered internet. How's the rest of this region doing?

United nations of the public

I am doing fine. How are you?

I wouldn't worry about that just yet XP to get started you should start writing stories and information down about your people and your culture

I know I was just wondering for later when I can afford that. Speaking of affording, how can I get out of my recession?

NS stats don't mean much here XP but just start making more capitalistic decisions xP

Ok. Thanks for the tip. Do you like my new flag? The Arrow down means "the poor" the arrow up means "the rich" and there is an equal symbol between them. The rest of it are flags of people who help me become a more aspiring country-----you are one of them.

For all the new peeps

If nobody's officially welcomed you, Welcome!

For new players within the region, we have minimal expectations for conduct and commitment. We like to see rationalized approaches to story driven posts on the RMB; typically, if a person is new they are encouraged to shed some light on their nation and it's culture. For accepted races _ technologies, please refer to the World Factbook Entry. Any questions can and should be forwarded to any admin via Telegram.

A new bunch of newbies, I like it.

Hello there fellows! Malachkta is overjoyed to be a part of such an involved community, and I hope that I will be able to write many stories with you. I absolutely love a good roleplay; though I've not often dealt in FT, I'm willing to try. Also, currently have a project on the ground if anyone is interested.

Hello commrade! It's more late PMT than proper FT, so no big deal.

The United Socialist States of Malachkta: International broadcast

"This is an official broadcast across all receiving channels, I repeat, an official broadcast from the TUSSM's Capitol city of Resvoria." A staticky, narrators voice reads off in perfectly rehearsed cadence, as his nations message spills onto the open airways.

"Many of you are very unlikely to know us, as sadly, for many years we have been in complete isolation from the outside world, embroiled in political turmoil and a long civil war we have been slow to recover from." The voice pauses momentarily, as of stunned in thought of the horrors of the old days.

"That time is over now, thankfully." The voice returns strongly "A new, democratic government has taken control and begun the long process of rebuilding our once proud nation. We hope to step onto the world stage, proud and loud, showing our stuff to all the greats out there!" The voice lifts as he speaks.

"We are finally ready to participate in our world, and we do so hope you'll be happy to have us!"

The United Socialist States of Malachkta: Overview/introduction

Culture: The Malachktan culture is a fairly simple and straight forward one, where bluntness and honesty are greatly appreciated over finesse and lying to someone is considered one of the gravest insults. It is considered a personal insults of their character and a display of lacking respect.

They greatly prize freedom of expression, and the ability for one to speak their mind. To challenge another's viewpoint is seen as beneficial to the society as a whole and debate is encouraged amongst students: it is considered good manners/behavior to share your thoughts with another.

Greetings are equally open, often consisting of a firm handshake and eye contact when less familiar with an individual. This culminates into a firm hug if your relationship is friendly and the individual is well known to you, though it is considered uncouth to greet a stranger in this manner.

It is considered to be rude if someone attempts to strike up conversation and the individual they are speaking to ignores them; friendly chit-chat is very common place between strangers in most settings. Even hot button issues are considered acceptable conversation in social settings.

The typical family structure involves multiple generations of the same family sharing under one roof; from grandparents to grandchildren. Men and women share equal expectations to head out and provide for their families, while the grandparents mainly take the role of early childcare.

Though a mostly secular people, storytelling is a widely treasured and long running tradition in Malachkta; from the story of the goddess Aes, who breathed life into their ancestors to stories of Moirka, the boogey man who devours lying children and builds toys from their bones. It is considered traditional for the elders to pass these stories along.

The diet of your average Malachktan is fairly well balanced, ranging from fruits and veggies to spicy meat dishes; though the vast majority are based around potatoes as a nourishing filler.

Coffee is the most widely consumed beverage in the nation, served in most public venues; it is a sign of hospitality to brew it for visitors, in addition to providing them with some form of sweets to enjoy alongside it.

Swing jazz is still one of the nations most popular music types, though obvious there is a mix of rock, pop, folk, and R&B that further deepens the category of any sole national music.

Can you make your own flag instead of making a clusterfvcked mess of a lot of other people's flags? K, thanks.
