While drilling for oil Vanhania has discovered a almost unlimited sourse of energy called immulsion. It is a glowing yellow liquid that through the lightmass process can supply the C.O.G. with endless cheep energy with little consequences. Immulsion can solve our energy crisis! Please help get the C.O.G. to adopt this energy process!

Immulsion has been found to be extremely stable when in its natural state but to be used it must be refined which makes it explosive but it becomes stable as soon as the stabilizer is added. The immulsion has no known effects on the environment but while Vanhanian chorographers were mapping the massive 339 mile long by 472 mile wide cavern three of the twenty chorographers became suddenly sick, it is believed this is because of the high pressure they were in. Vanhania is moving towards a new immulsion age because of the endless amount of energy that we can gain as one gallon of immulsion can fuel a car for a year. There are believed to be immulsion caverns all throughout the world.

The Federation of Chlorine has banned the possession and use of immulsion within its borders. However after much discussion (over a delicious pancake brunch) the High Council has decided to allow the import of electricity produced from immulsion in Vanahania. The High Council makes the following proposal,
"The purchase of one hundred (100) GWh of electricity produced by Immulsion for the period of one (1) year.
This will be a pilot project to see if Immulsion is a feasable major energy source (electric) and will power the town of Upper Norwend; population 47,000. The price of electricity and cost of infrastructure to be discussed when Vanhania has integrated Immulsion into its own power grid."
The Federation hopes that this will strengthen regional relations and wishes Vanhania luck with all future endeavors.

If that happens after six weeks of constant exposure, imagine the people who will have to refine the immulsion. Who will have to live near the refineries. What will months, or a year of exposure withhold for these unfortunates? Fraserland remains adamant against the use of immulsion within its borders.
