I've been rotating my strikes around the region. Someone will eventually need to cover me, but that can wait another hour.
Rotating strikes is not working very fast, but it is working. We might be wise to shift our priorities towards clearing one country at a time.

Monavia has almost five billion zombies (double the next-most-infected country in the region).
Hmm.... Let's focus on clearing ppl as rapidly as possible; second priority being to prevent anyone from going over 50% infected. That way we can make max impact before you have to sign off a while. We'll see how keen on swimming this year's batch of zeddies are.
