Our town restored

The Alicorns wrote:No. You join us or I smash your insignificant little town. With a meteor.

Wow. You weren't kidding about "mentally unstable rulers".

Hey, I'm perfectly stable!

I'm insane and have stayed that way consistently.

How are you able to post here? You're in a different region.

My region has an embassy with this one.

But you won't be able to do the same thing back because we have embassy posting disabled.

I swear there are a lot of nation-states and NGOs that act suspiciously like nation-states around here I gotta keep track of. Better write them all down. I don't want a repeat of the time I invaded Trottingham when I should have invaded Trotterdam. Faust, that was awkward.

The Alicorns
Stance: It's my nation
Leader: Me. Duh.
Description: A large interstellar empire ruled by me, controlled by both a socially liberal, politically reactionary government and a rabid market of megacorporations. Despite its name, there are only two alicorns in the entire Imperium and almost half of the populace are ponies anyway, as the others are either some other quadruped, biped, monster with biped traits, or a monster that looks like biped. I could just use my interstellar military power and conquer all of Equestria by fire, but that's boring. I'm immortal anyway. Equestria will become my domain. Sooner or later.

As for me... Wait, why am I putting this in my references to other nations?

Conexus
Stance: Definite Ally
Leader: Ruse
Description: A corporate conglomerate influential enough to be considered a state in its own right. Since me and my sweet Ruse married each other awhile ago, it's become one of those states within a state that are powerful within their own accord. They are really good at Research and Development, as they can produce replicas of other companies' products with absurd precision. This may or may not have something to do with changelings. I don't really care, as long as they pay their taxes and not incite sector-wide rebellions.

It's interesting to note that the CEO's family (and by extension mine) is really what they bring to the table. My surrogate daughters are Terra and Cynder, my genetic double and half-draconic niece, my father-in-law is Entropy, a draconequus, and Ruse herself is a lycanthropic half-draconequus. I'd be lying if I said I have an uninteresting domestic life...

Quintolania
Stance: Fun to Fight (usually), Definite Ally (currently)
Leader: Quintus Flamicus (recognized), Quintus Aquaticus (pretender), Ragnus (de facto ruler)
Description: Ahh... Quintolania. Land of eternal fire. Nice weather for the place, really. A pity it takes a lot of cooling magic or fire resistance charms for non-natives to even survive the place. It's gotten to the point where I've heard stories of water avoiding Quintolanian fire.

Of course, the other thing Quintolania is known for is its leader, Quintus Flamicus, who everybody calls Quint. He's a spirit of fire well known for making puns. Of course, being a spirit of fire, he's also really, really good at combat, and hard to kill. I should know. I lost a war against him and my fight against him in single combat was a close thing. He also has a soldier who follows him around. I forget his name, but Faust he's good.

Trotterdam
Stance: Fun to Fight (if attempt succeeds), Kill on Sight (if attempt is in progress)
Leader: I swear I'll find this leader, someday.
Description: Trotterdam is... something. I know exactly what the leader aims for, which is the extermination of all life. A respectable goal to be honest, but unfortunately I kinda have an empire to rule. Still, Trotterdam is highly predictable in its goal, but unpredictable in its methods. It has ranged from conventional tactics, to unleashing my old palace's basement contents (note to self: check that palace sometime), to just outright plopping a miniature black hole onto the homeworld (it got better). While potentially aggravating and certainly damaging, it's honestly rather fun to survive this mysterious nation's challenges.

Armetesia
Stance: faust help f territory i have to dump Part of my nation
Leader: Duke Europus
Description: A stupid backwater that integrated itself into my Imperium. I have no problems with others doing so, as I've kindly integrated Gensokyo during that whole business with otherworldly invasions, but I just hate this place on principle. When it's stable or under someone else's control, it's rather socially liberal and has a somewhat "German" (as some of the humans call it) feel, which I enjoy, but Europus himself is really annoying to deal with and every second they stay in my Imperium is a second they grow stronger. Outside of my control, it becomes an unholy mix of Russia's instability and Netherland's policies (as the humans put it), which isn't good for international trade. Still... territory is territory, I guess...

Dembai
Stance: Unclear, possible Tourist Destination or Definite Ally
Leader: "The Great Mother"
Description: A tribe of zebras that's popped up south of former Equestria. Apparently their currency is coffee beans and they're still at a tribal level of technology and society. Their land is filled with spirits called 'jists', which from descriptions to me sound really similar to our fairies, which often partner with shamans. A descendant of their leader, called Jor-to, is currently staying at the Imperial palace, as he wishes to modernize his nation. Of course, to facilitate this he has to take the spot of top dog, currently occupied by his ancestor. Wonder how he's taking the shock of staying in a place light-years away from home...

Az biez
Stance: Tourist Destination
Leader: Azjar Envuisk
Description: Az Biez is a human-pony nation located in another dimension. It's kind of like what the Imperium would probably have looked like had the Second Union worked out, but far more liberal on a political scale. Az Biez-Imperial relationships are near-nonexistent. Yes, I recognize them, but the fact that they live on a different dimension leads to a lack of chances and need for diplomatic relations.

San palomino
Stance: killkillkillkill
Leader: Some crazy guy i forgot his name but i swear if i get my fangs on him...
Description: A transequinist socialistic corporate conglomerate city-state. Normal really, but there's only one big reason why I hate this nation. The leader insulted alicorns. The twat. "Obsolete race" my flank. Bet he'd be useless without all that fancy tech I swear... Also I hear reports of Fluttershy working for the CEO, but that can't be right, can it...?

The kingdom of loathing you
Stance: Tourist Destination
Leader: King Glubin or something.
Description: I don't really know what to say about these guys. I guess they're a nation of reclusive sea ponies. I don't really know, all attempts at diplomacy have been snubbed, and I can't exactly invade a nation completely underwater without violating my personal rule about using tech that a nation can't fight against...

Our town restored
Stance: Fun to Fight
Leader: Alternate Twilight Sparkle I mean Starlight Sparkle, no Twilight Glimmer arrgh...Starlight Glimmer
Description: A small, isolated village of cutie-mark stealing commies turned social liberal empire ruled by a sealed alternate universe Twilight Sparkle who thinks she's Starlight Glimmer... before they transcended. I miss those guys...

Alicorn princess twilight sparkle
Stance: Unclear
Leader: Twilight Sparkle
Description: She's back. I have no idea what she's planning, but by Faust she's back.

Also, I swear I need to change that password sometime. I swear people are just going to read this thing or something.

Meta aka the OOC corner.

Dragoria
Description: Vice-Delegate of the region, she's in charge of maintaining the polls and regional factbook, as well as making sure the region stays PG13. A good administrator and excellent pollmaker.

Untspah
Description: Delegate of the region, in nominal charge of making sure that Equestria doesn't fall to raiders and deciding on Embassies. Also a good administrator, though not as active on the RMB as Dragoria.

Awww, man. Now I have to desperately attempt to one-up you by finding that one post I made two years ago about action movies. Close to midnight, I'll find it, but realize that my efforts have been for naught, as your guide is truly the greatest one in all the land.

Cheers.

Hmm, that's new. Maybe she got from my father. His mismatched appearance wasn't a sight most ponies would appreciate and he's naturally adept at magic in an anarchic way. I wonder if she'll be a surgeon just like him, my father loves to do surgery... until he got fired for some reason and later practiced necromancy after that.
