It's because this region is dying and everyone else is inactive and CTE's. Recruitment telegrams don't do anything but attract new players that have no interest in the game and CTE or not take part in region gameplay.
Not really true to be honest. Most of the senior members you see here came by through recruitment TG and a small group just stumbled on us.

Activity dips and spikes. If people start RPing it could help create an activity spike. RPs prevent inactivity and CTEing. Everyone's happy to complain about inactivity but no one will do anything about it.
I lost motivation but it will happen (at some point).
I'd be interested in doing a medieval RP if anyone else is?
