First, a bit of a personal note: My basement flooded and now we've no water (or flushing toilets). Yay!
Secondly, an official note: The Regional Anthem Act has been ratified by Parliament, with two in favour, one against, and one abstaining.

Hey, all!
Firstly, thanks for the kind wishes. I really appreciate it. Luckily, we've gotten the situation nearly resolved. The city did some road construction nearby, and they did some work to the water line while they were at it, too. They shut our water off (and deprived us of flushing toilets, which I am now so thankful for) for most of yesterday. After that, the water heater got busted & started overflowing. We had to shut off the water to stop it, but, luckily, we were able to do so before much damage could be done. Now, we have water, but I'm pretty sure it's not safe to drink. Because it was really dark gray. And then in another faucet it was yellow. (At least it has some variety to make things interesting). Also, we don't really have much water pressure. However, all in all, it could be a heck of a lot worse. Thanks, all, for the thoughts.

Thank you Australia, for voting me back in as your Prime Minister for a second term.
The energy shown by Australians throughout the last election for a PM and a Speaker has shown us that our small region is interested in it's government, and supports the increased activity in Australia that this affords.
As PM I want to continue as I have done previously, by inviting all Australians to continue to add to your involvement in the growth of the region of Australia. I invite everyone to become involved in one or more opportunities:
1/ Sharing your ideas!
I look forward to discussion of ideas on the RMB or on the forum.
This is the most active element of Australia, something of which we can be very proud. Politics, sports, polls, humour.
It's all there and I appreciate every bit of it.
2/ Become a citizen!
When you are a citizen you can vote for change.
You add character and fun to the forum.
You offer ideas about how Australia should grow on the Nation States world stage.
3/ Create a cabinet position!
Yes, if you are a citizen, I am prepared to consider offering you a position on my cabinet that will most suit the area of Australian interest that you feel especially passionate about, and would like to promote serious growth or change. Let me know what your thoughts are, what you would like to do/see done, I am very keen to hear what they are and support what you offer according to my capacity.
I write the words 'according to my capacity' because all ideas must be supported by the Australian community. I admit, there are some ideas you might have that I may struggle with personally, but I will be keen to work with you to promote debate within Australia about your ideas, regardless of my own bias in either direction.
And as a last, but not least note, let me say how proud I am to be working with our Speaker Alta Italia.
I look forward to his legislative support and his critical, considerate approach to all things Australian.
Crikey, just realised I forgot to say how much I appreciate the energy, consistency and mate-ship our Delegate and Governor- General King Rankmore shares with us all. Of course our character is brought to life by all of us, but King Rankmore encourages our gregarious and friendly ways in every way he can!

Regions some times don't care that much about defense or security while they have a active founder. But once the founder become inactive for a period or ceased to excised they become alarmed and start asking for help from other regions. Then it might be too late and already the region might be invaded like in the case of Japan, Ireland lucky the invaders left on their own in Japan. But in such cases once an invader takes over a region it is hard work to take it back as they can eject any nation coming in and password the region preventing friends from coming in etc.
So to remedy these issues our region would like to discuss about building up of a multi regional collaboration (under the leadership of any one) for the benefit of each other. pre-planning and early preparedness is the key to better regional security. An other proposal is that, as most of the real life nation names (regions in NS) are already locked up, so to allocate slots in the regional map of The Planet Earth for some regions as an alternative. Like to discuss more about these things with both parties by TG.
