As a founderless region, the only way to have a Governor is to convert to a Frontier then convert back again. It's kind of a dumb workaround, but, having a Governor who can appoint successors allows us to remove the password while still protecting ourselves from raiders.
I was thinking of going frontier,but thought better of it.best to keep OBI secure..

Nobody has actually ever met a Furling, so how can we say whether they're here or not?
Well you make a good point, the Furlings are very sneaky.
I must go to another region for a while, there are bears to fight there who do not realize that their glory has passed.
But do not worry I will return once they are defeated. :)
