I like all flags, depending on how they’re designed they can always find a way to look nice. I’ve taken a keen interest in flags that are overly complicated, but in a good way, take for example the old flag of Venice. I don’t think flags should follow a set of rules that make them simplified, but should rather properly represent what they stand for no matter how “messy” the design may come to be.
