The United Socialist States of The Fancy Hats is a colossal, cultured nation, remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. The Fancy Hats's national animal is the dancing skunk, its national religion is Ska, and its currency is the fedora.
