Main battle tanks stalk the woods of ITI L Liberal in search of lobsters, roads are often attended by round-the-clock construction crews, the tenet of free speech is held dear, and the nation's infamous boot camp is more brutal than most battlefields. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. ITI L Liberal's national animal is the lobster, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the rupee.
