The current General Secretary of the KPdESD (SH) is Ivan Martynowicz. The RKESD is a member nation of the USSR Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation and the Inter-Soviet Transportation Treaty.
The Empire of Moravcik
1990-2009
(WIP)
The People's Republic of the Enclave of Soviet Germany
2003-2013
After the massacres and persecution following the Tichankov Uprising, German communists founded the International Liberation Front Section Germany (ger. "Internationale Befreiungsfront Sektion Deutschland", IBFD) and its fighting forces, the Raspe Brigade. Unions were (illegally) founded all over the Empire. Chairman of the IBFD was Ivan Martynowicz.
With their help, the Raspe Brigade liberated a small region at the Danube, including Harkenburg (today known as Eulenberg), one of the largest cities in Moravcik, and established their new state inside the reactionary Empire. It was called the People's Republic of the Enclave of Soviet Germany (PRESG). The IBFD became the ruling party in the young Republic.
In a long war for independence, they finally managed to defeat Moravcik with the help of Anarchists, who founded their own state called "Community of Tallai-Maranam" in former Eastern Moravcik. This Anarchist Community soon fell into chaos and bloodshed, which was ended by the Raspe Brigade. Tallai-Maranam was made a part of the People's Republic.
Now the P.R.E.S.G. became an internationally accepted nation in the region of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR).
The Cultural Revolution
After Adam Bartoněk was elected First Secretary of the IBFD Politbüro in 2009, Revisionism began to influence the PRESG. Culture from capitalist countries was promoted under his rule, and things like porn, unemployment and careerism returned to the country.
On the 29th of July 2013, the Central Revolutionary Committee and the IBFD were disbanded by the military forces of Commander Felix Ignatsyev. Bartoněk managed to get away before the cleansing started and became the "Supreme Commander" of the region Tysroc, leading to semi-autonomy and a longlasting inner conflict. Soviet Germany was reclassified as Socialist People's Republic (SVRdESD = Sozialistische Volksrepublik der Enklave Sowjetdeutschland), and is since then ruled by the worker-, soldier- and peasant councils under leadership of the Communist Party of the SVRdESD (KPdESD).
The Raspe Brigade became the elite unit of the newly founded Red Danube Army.
Ivan Martynowicz became People's Commissar of Political Questions and initiated the party cleansings in the KPdESD. In July 2014 the conflict ended with the German-Tysrocian War, which caused the integration of Tysroc into the SVRdESD and the execution of Adam Bartoněk.
PAILC
In November 2014, the SVRdESD participated in the "Operation Crimson Thunder", which aimed to replace the reactionary regime of Klotecnia with a democratically elected. This was believed to be necessary after the KNFRF (a Klotecnian Fascist militia) started the fourth Civil War in Klotecnia - with the government seemingly being not only unable to stop them, but also willing to use their rise to justify suppression of human rights and freedom of speech. The members of the People's Armed International Liberation Coalition (PAILC), which performed the operation, were Soviet sovereignty, Icreria, Bratislavskaya, Renbokia and later Rastrania akatsuki and Terricon.
The Counter-Revolutionary Coup Attempt
On the 14th of November 2014, the general staff of the SVRdESD military as well as some key members of the People's Commissariat of Political Questions (including chairman Martynowicz, who was accused of ordering mass executions) were put under arrest. The People's Commissar of Oil Industry, Theodore Zakharov, took "temporary control" of both commissariats. Zakharov came under heavy critique days before by those Commissars because he advocated Trotskyist thought and defended the Bartoněk regime.
The arrested Commissars were charged with crimes against humanity as well as countless other capital crimes. They were being held in a special VK/P prison, waiting for their trial, which was scheduled to be (illegally) held without participation of the whole society.
On the 16th of November both the People's Armies and Youth Organizations launched large-scale campaigns in support of the arrested Commissars. The Supreme Overall Soviet ordered Theodore Zakharov to be executed by firing squad - an investigation had shown that he has been bribed by foreign secret services.
After massive demonstrations against the unjustified trial against the arrested Commissars, they were released after the third day in prison.
Several additional political police organizations were founded to prevent such things from happening again; however, the Reactionaries made a last attempt to destruct our Socialist People's Republic. Armed members of the former Tysrocian government sieged the building of the Supreme Overall Soviet in Eulenberg, but were fought off by quickly-armed proletarian volunteers. The Supreme Overall Soviet as an institution was replaced by the Central Committee and its Politbüro. Lucie Sedláčková was elected First Secretary of the CC, Martynowicz chairman of the Politbüro.
Counter-Revolution and Civil War
Starting in the evening of the 24th of July 2016, exiled reactionaries and revisionist-turned military officers started a sudden armed offensive on the SVRdESD.
As of the 11th of August, the remains of the SVRdESD re-established themselves as the Revolutionary Communist Enclave of Soviet Germany and fight united against the enemies of the people.
The surviving loyal parts of the KPdESD renamed the Party to KPdESD/SH in order to distinguish themselves from the revisionists and traitors in the old KPdESD. The loyal military forces were united in the Democratic Red People's Army (ᠳᠡ᠇ᠮᠣ᠇ᠺᠷᠠ᠇ᠲᠢ᠇ᠱᠡ ᠷᠣ᠇ᠲᠡ ᠸᠣᠯᠺᠰ᠇ᠠᠷ᠇ᠮᠡᠡ (Demokratische Rote Volksarmee), short ᠳᠷᠸᠠ (DRVA)).
In early October 2016, the loyalist forces emerged victorious due to intense support from the population after the excessive use of ABC weaponry by the anti-communist forces. This, however, also left the environment poisoned and the surface almost completely uninhabitable and plunged the country into complete darkness..
The New Era
The Post-Civil-War Period brought about a wide array of strange new technologies. The need to adapt the nation to the new physical conditions of a dark, toxic environment drove the RKESD's scientists into a state of desperately amplified creativity. Besides a lot of practical inventions designed to keep life possible, one invention in particular changed the RKESD's society forever: the Stefanow Ray Gauge. There have been theories before that machines of a certain complexity actually possess consciousness, but this device, capable of measuring the Stefanow Rays such machines emit, proved that. As a result, the KPdESD/SH decided to regard all conscious machines as "non-organic citizens" and therefore entitled them to human and citizen rights. However, since the machine way of thinking was hard to understand for most of the RKESD's Tech-Smiths, a special organization named "the Sisterhood of the Machine" was formed from all-female tribes of people who fled to the steppes during the Civil War and not only developed immunity against the toxic and radioactive things and the darkness, but also lived in symbiosis with leftover war and work machines, resulting in them being able to also emit Stefanow Rays and thus communicating effectively with the conscious machines. That Sisterhood is now an important part of the RKESD's political structure, despite being watched with wariness and its members nicknamed "Machine Witches".

Constitution of the RKESD
Governmental Institutions and Key Personnel
The RKESD is governed by the people. Every village, every manufacture, every workingplace has its own Soviet (Council). Regionally, they are coordinated by the District and County Councils. Those are led by the People's Commissariats. The national government is led by the Central Committee, which is supervised by the Politburo and gets its orders from the Party Plenum.
While the KPdESD (SH) is an All-Union Party Collective that every functionary is a member of, they are also members of the national Communist Parties.
These are the Kommunistische Partei der Freien Sowjetdeutschen (KPFSD), Partei der Arbeitenden Kesseltals (PAK), Kommunistische Partei der Republik Astaran (KPRA), Vyrische Revolutionäre Volkspartei (VRVP), Tschekastopoler Partei der Arbeiter und unterdrückten Nationen (TAN), Partei des Freien Autonomen Denakai (PFAD), Kommunistische Partei Kalynne (KPK), Kommunistische Arbeiterpartei Morawiens (KAPM), Kollektivpartei des Immer-Arbeitenden Komsomolsk (KIAK), Partei der Arbeit Wroschlawiens (PdAW), Kommunistische Partei Tallai-Maranams / Stalinisten-Hoxhaisten (KPTM/SH), Westzdeněker Arbeiter- und Bauernpartei (ZAB), Mathnener Republikanische Revolutionäre Partei (MRRP), Kommunistische Partei des Ostens / Marxisten-Leninisten (OKP/ML), Partei der Kommunisten Novaya Palisankas (PKNP), Demokratische Volkspartei Tysrocs (DVPT), Revolutionäre Volkspartei Nord-Tysrocs (RVPNT), Partei der Arbeit Kraerns (Revolutionäre) (PdAK(R)), and the Kommunistische Partei Bratislavskayas (Deutsche Sektion) (KPB(D)).
VK/P Pledge of Allegiance:
I swear:
To always faithfully serve the Communist Party, which leads our movement, and to protect it according to the orders of the respective Committee against any enemy.
I swear:
To fight on the side of the People's armies and other armed units of our movement, the armies of the protection and security organs of socialist states and our allied progressive movements for the people, defeat the enemies of socialism even if it means to give up my life to fight and to fulfill all tasks I am given to ensure the safety of our achievements.
I swear:
To be an honest, brave, disciplined and vigilant member of those who fight for the people, to provide unconditional obedience to my superiors, to fulfill the commands with determination and to always protect the military and political secrets strictly.
I swear:
To diligently acquire the knowledge and skills needed to fulfill my responsibilities, to comply with the party rules and to preserve always and everywhere the honor of our movement, our cause and our party.
Should I violate this my solemn oath of allegiance ever the harsh punishment and contempt of the working people shall meet me according to the provisions of our Party.
Proletarians of all countries and oppressed peoples, unite!
The RKESD is a cold and mountainous country, although it has flat, but equally cold great steppes in the South and East. A broad river, the Danube, flows from North to South. Environmental protection is important for the people of the RKESD. However, the average temperature is about -2 °C (28.4 °F), which is why the majority of cities and factories is built underground and/or inside mountains. In fact, underground complexes currently make up over 80% of the country's urban area. Although there are some highways, most of transportation and traffic is done via trains, both on the surface and below. The extreme poisoning of most regions due to the 2016 Civil War's ABC weapon attacks has worsened the life conditions above ground, but the RKESD's Fauna adapted fast to this; still, the RKESD today displays itself as barren wasteland, with ruins and snow instead of Flora of any kind, since the war also ended up creating dark clouds that prevent any sunlight from reaching the RKESD.

The Democratic Red People's Army
The main force of the RKESD is the Democratic Red People's Army (Demokratische Rote Volksarmee / DRVA (ᠳᠡ᠇ᠮᠣ᠇ᠺᠷᠠ᠇ᠲᠢ᠇ᠱᠡ ᠷᠣ᠇ᠲᠡ ᠸᠣᠯᠺᠰ᠇ᠠᠷ᠇ᠮᠡᠡ / ᠳᠷᠸᠠ)). It's split into Landstreitkräfte (Ground Forces) and Volksmarine (People's Navy). There is no Air Force due to the environmental conditions (chemical weapon remains and darkness) that have been proven to be deadly for any aviationists - that, in addition to the use of modernized, but still very old equipment designs (for example short-barreled tanks like the T-35), which are superior to modern designs in the tunnels and mountains of the RKESD, but useless elsewhere, means that the DRVA is a purely defensive army. It will never partake in any invasive actions. The army's name already indicates that; unlike its predecessor, the Central Revolutionary People's Army, which was the united force of the groups who seized the government for the people through revolution, the Democratic Red People's Army is the purged and democratically organized force of a communist people that defends the revolution.
The People's Militia, which normally functions as a police force, will also fight as irregular units if the RKESD is invaded.
Military Organization:
In case of war, the ground forces are structured into Armies on demand (named after the region they originate from, for example "2nd Tysrocian Red Army"). The Armies consist of multiple Divisions.
A Schützendivision (Rifle Division, 12000 men) is made up of:
- 3 Motorized Rifle Regiments (in total 7500 men and 300 Armored Cars),
- 1 Artillery Regiment (2500 men, 20 Heavy Artillery Guns, 50 Light Artillery Guns, 30 MLRS, 30 Heavy Mortars, 50 regular mortars)
- 1 Tank Battalion (300 men, 1 Super-Heavy Tank, 8 Heavy Tanks, 30 Main Battle Tanks, 10 Light Tanks)
- 1 (separate) Reconnaissance Battalion (300 men (80 on horseback), 20 Light Tanks, 20 Self-Propelled Artillery Guns)
- 1 AA Battalion (300 men, 50 Heavy MGs, 30 AA guns)
- 1 Communications Company (60 men)
- 1 Pioneers Company (60 men, 2 Armored Cars)
- 1 Supply Platoon (180 men, 20 supply trucks)
- 1 Cavalry Department (800 men on horseback)
A Panzerdivision (Tank Division, 11500 men) is structured like a Schützendivision, but with
- 1 instead of 3 Motorized Rifle Regiments and
- 16 instead of 1 Tank Battalions.
An Artilleriedivision (Artillery Division, 12000 men) is also structured like a Schützendivision, but with
- 2 instead of 3 Motorized Rifle Regiments and
- 2 instead of 1 Artillery Regiment.
There are currently 680 Rifle Divisions, 140 Tank Divisions and 232 Artillery Divisions in the DRVA, which totals to 12,554,000 regulars in the Ground Forces. There's also a common pool of a few hundred supply trucks, scout vehicles and HMGs. Cavalry regularly use Tachankas (horse-drawn machine-gun carts).
Super-Heavy Tank: Kotone FI-14
Heavy Tank: T-35A
Medium/Main Battle Tank: T-28 (Prototype Design)
Light Tank: T-26TU (M)
Self-Propelled Artillery: SU-26 (Leningrad)
Armored Car: BA-6 (with Radio equipment),
Heavy Artillery: 152mm Howitzer ML20 (M37)
Light Artillery: 76mm M1939 F-22 USV, 37mm M30
MLRS: ZiS-6 BM-13-16 6x4
Scout Vehicle: M3 Halftrack

- a Supply Platoon has 3 Rank II Officers and 1 Rank IV Officer
Details
The RKESD's military is generally very defensive. The mountains and underground complexes are perfect for establishing fortified positions. Infantry can hide anywhere and quickly change positions through small tunnels, while the entrances to even the biggest underground halls can be easily blocked with a small number of heavy vehicles. Any enemy army approaching on the surface will have to deal with the toxic and cold environment as well as with artillery bombardment and with being raided by the famous cavalry of the DRVA. Horses, dogs and men alike have gas masks and a special medical paste for chemically or biologically induced skin damage as standard equipment and are trained to fight in the harsh conditions on the surface as well as in the tunnels.
All military personnel is equipped with pistols and combat knifes, which are commonly used as bayonets. Cavalry uses sabres instead of knives, which are mostly used to cut open the ABC protection suits of enemies. The main weapons of the DRVA are high-calibre carbines suited for heavily damaging even light tanks. Both infantry and cavalry use these, albeit the cavalry version has a shorter barrel.
Due to resilience being imperative for survival both on the surface and below, tanks are usually focused on heavy armour.
The DRVA is also known for using a number of Armored Trains, the most famous one being the Panzerzug Sidor Galkin, a heavily armored and heavily armed moving fortress.
DRVA Border Guard forces also use Czechoslovakian Vlcaks as companions.

The RKESD takes great pride in its policy of multi-lingualism. Although German is both the Official and most spoken language, the people are encouraged to learn as many languages as they can from an early age on. All schools provide mandatory classes in at least three foreign languages.
RKESD Germans ("Enclave-Germans") don't use the Latin Alphabet, but a modified version of the Traditional Mongolian Alphabet, because the Moravians and Germans fleeing from Germany in the late 1980s and early 1990s first came to Tannu Tuva and Mongolia before travelling north.
The RKESD officially declares Religion to be a tool of oppressors and an obstacle in the way of freedom and progress. That's why religious propaganda and institutions have been completely outlawed by decision of the People as of July 2015, but full Atheism was actually achieved earlier the same year. However, there are rumors of religious or semi-religious groups still existing in the deeper parts of the inner-mountain parts of the Republic's cities.
(currently being re-worked)
Due to the complicated architecture (the cities being mostly composed of labyrinthic underground complexes), it is impossible to estimate the RKESD's cities' area. However, the cities tend to be extremely big, since most rural areas are uninhabitable.
Rank | City | Population | Details |
1 | Eulenberg | ~61.000.000 | Formerly being the Capital of the Empire of Moravcik under the name Harkenburg, Eulenberg now is the Capital of Sowjetdeutschland and the whole RKESD. It's an enormous metropolis carved into two vast mountains, spanning over the valley and river between them. Here is the seat of all important governmental institutions, like the seat of the Central Government, the Palace of the Republic, which is a huge, heavily ornamented fortress with an extensive underground complex underneath. |
2 | Tábor | ~40.000.000 | Tábor is a city full of research and educational facilities. It's mostly famous for its supposedly very good meat surrogates and for the ideological fanatism of its population. In fact, more War Commissars are recruited from the MLSH-Academy in Tábor than from any other city. |
3 | Tichankov | ~38.000.000 | Tichankov is the Capital of the Northern Tysroc SSR and the whole Democratic People's Republic of Tysroc. It was the center of power of Bartoněk Revisionism and almost destroyed during the German-Tysrocian War, when the traitors tried to nuke the city to prevent it from being liberated. |
4 | Galkingrad | ~33.000.000 | Galkingrad is the Capital of the Western Zdeněk SSR and the Council Republic of Tallai-Maranam and is widely renowned for being the only major city in the SVRdESD which is less than 60% underground as well as for still having a rather liberal stance towards Anarchism because of its history. It's named after the Hero of the SVRdESD Sidor Galkin, famed commander of the Raspe Brigade. |
5 | Novaya Palisanka | ~25.000.000 | |
6 | Tschekastopol | ~24.000.000 | Tschekastopol is essentially not a city, but one of the monumental military-industrial complexes known as Forges. 16% of the SVRdESD's weapons and military vehicles are produced in Tschekastopol's factories. It is also the Capital of the Tschekastopol Soviet Socialist Republic. |
7 | Baal-Nerath | ~23.800.000 | Baal-Nerath was the IBFD's main stronghold during the Siege of Harkenburg. It's the central base of the People's Navy and the seat of the government of the New-Wroshlavian SSR, although this Republic has no official Capital. |
8 | Eleketh | ~23.000.000 | Though smaller than Tábor, this has always been Kalynne's Capital as well as that of Moravia. |
9 | Komsomolsk | ~22.000.000 | Komsomolsk was built during the War for Independence by the IBFD's Youth Organizations. Originally designed as safezone for war refugees, it has become a major city of the RKESD and a popular destination for tourists after being classified as a semi-autonomous state called Commune of Komsomolsk Working People. |
10 | Mathnena | ~19.000.000 | Capital of the Socialist Republic of Mathnena. This ancient city is said to have been completely destroyed during a war against Tallai-Maranam, when Eastern Zdeněk declared independence, but most of the tunnel systems from that time are still intact. |
11 | Osthafen | ~18.500.000 | Osthafen is a very old Harbor City, which has lost most of its appeal during the war between the PRESG and the Tallai-Maranam Anarchists due to heavy artillery bombardement, but still attracts people with its long history. It's the Capital of the Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic of Ostmark. |
12 | Tiefenburg | ~11.000.000 | Tiefenburg is a Forge of enormous size, second only to Tschekastopol. It's located in the highest mountains of the Moravian Soviet Socialist Republic. |
13 | Dekhteb Kheanikh | ~10.000.000 | Dekhteb Kheanikh is the Capital of the Kraern SSR. It was annexed by Tysroc during the German-Tysrocian War. |
14 | Putiya-Valkkai | ~9.000.000 | Putiya-Valkkai is the Capital of the Denakai ASSR. In medieval times, it was home to clans of marauding seafarers. |
15 | Semesh-Mkod | ~8.000.000 | Seat of the pro-SVRdESD movement during the German-Tysrocian War, now seat of the government of the Socialist Republic of Southern Tysroc, although there is no official Capital. |
16 | Freistadt | ~4.000.000 | One of the oldest cities in the SVRdESD, provisional Capital of the Socialist Mountain Republic Kesseltal. |
17 | Volja | ~2.000.000 | |
18 | Astaran | ~1.800.000 | Capital of the Astaran Soviet Republic, part of Kesseltal. |
19 | Vyr | ~1.300.000 | Capital of Soviet Vyr, part of Kesseltal. |
There is not really a monetary system in the RKESD. All basic goods are available for free for all citizens; luxury goods can be accessed with a certain number of special stamps on your work pass. Those can be earned by exceeding production quotas.
Therefore, the national currency, the Peoples' Ruble (which is used in a lot of nations of the USSR), is only used for import/export transactions and for tourism.
Socialism is an ideology of progress. That's why scientific and technological research has a very high priority in the Republic's funding programmes. Each and every individual has access to high education and has not only the chance, but is actively encouraged to innovate and experiment. Probably the most important inventions made in the RKESD were the 2004 High-Efficiency Nuclear Reactor (a nuclear power generator that translates 96.3% of the energy in the fuel rods into usable power) and the 2006 Miniaturized HE-NR (the same thing, but in the size of a regular truck fuel tank).
Scientists working with natural sciences are usually referred to as "Smiths", e.g. "Gene-Smiths" for genetical engineering specialists, "Flesh-Smiths" for medical specialists, "Ghost-Smiths" for Neurologists and Neuro-Surgeons, "Logic-Smiths" for mathematicians and physicists, etc.
People who live in the deeper parts of the cities usually spend their whole life underground.
Multiple neurological surgeries are regularly and mandatorily performed on children and adults alike, e.g. to make them immune against claustrophobia/agoraphobia, but rumor has it that those surgeries also play a role in supporting their education towards Socialist thought.
Due to the omnipresent extremely social behavior (and maybe due to the above-mentioned surgeries), an increasing number of people in the RKESD are so used to acting as a collective that genuine individual emotions slowly die out.
Genetical Engineering is among the most highly valuated (and funded) fields of science in the RKESD. An extremely long life or, if possible, immortality, as well as the extermination of all illnesses, is seen as the key for further scientific advance, since it would greatly improve the efficiency of the educational system.
Rumor has it that certain functionaries in important positions in the significant Forges (which is what the scientific and industrial mega-complexes are known as) are aiming to create Forge Councils made up of the nation's scientists and industrial specialists, thus pushing the RKESD more towards a Technocracy. There is also the claim that these functionaries conspire against the Sisterhood of the Machine, trying to "purge" the Sisterhood's "occultism" from the RKESD.
Gene-Smiths (the RKESD term for scientists working on genetic engineering) have brought the Haast's Eagle back into existance, an eagle of significant size living in New Zealand that went most likely extinct in the 15th century, although there have been alleged sightings until the 19th century. The revived species adapted surprisingly quick to the cold climate and now lives off the free-roaming cattle in the RKESD's mountains.
Due to it's complicated environment, there is no live-action movie industry in the RKESD, although there are a few films about RKESD history. Generally, movies, series and at least most propaganda videos are usually animated though, in other words, almost everything is Anime.
