What branches of your nation's Armed Forces are the most funded and/or most developed? What consequences does the favoritism of said branch reflect onto the other branches of your Armed Forces?
The Stormguard are by far the most funded/developed with 15% of the national defence budget going to them alone. It may allow them to react extremely quickly, but it means fewer Legion Engines or Mass Cannons for the other branches. Either way, Stormgaurd will get more crowns, allowing me to have assassins and stabby folk.
Without a doubt, though it is not the most numerous, Lycantine Fleet Command is largest branch of the Lycantine Armed Forces, with its Terrestrial, Orbital, and Interstellar Subsections seeing Trillions of Lychans in funding yearly. The Interstellar Subsection is the wealthiest in Lycantine, developing new ships, weapons, faster than Light engines, shield generators and even new synthetic materials for Armour to make the titanic Orbital and Interstellar Fleets of Lycantine the unquestionable masters of Anegana's Space Forces.
This does, however, reflect onto other branches, particularly Air Command. While Land Force Command and particularly the Army and Marine Subsections work hand in hand with Fleet Command, and as such, most new technologies discovered within Fleet Command are given to Land Force Command to innovate, Air Command is woefully underfunded. With the dawn of Commercial Corvettes both for trade in private and public companies and as sources of widespread public transportation, the dawn of the Jet Fighter largely came to an end. Due to the fact that a single Liberty-Class Support Carrier can take out entire squadrons of Fighters and Bombers from every nation on Anegana simply with its Laser Point Defense Systems, the need to develop interstellar fighters in order to counter other interstellar fighters has largely been ignored since, well, no other nation has a fighter whether it be interstellar or non that can seriously threaten any of Lycantine's stronger capital ships. Air Command remains hilariously understrengthed, largely due to the titanic technological differences between Lycantine and her Allies and the replacement of the Jet Fighter with Fusion Reactor powered Corvettes and other similar vessels.

The capital city of Lycantine is titanic in every aspect. From population, to industry, to even land area. Encompassing more than 500 000 square kilometres (about the size of the Republic of Yemen), it is without a doubt the largest city on Anegana.
The Capital is famous for a variety of things other than what was listed above. It is also popular for its closeness to the Alaran Mountain Range, whos ice caps provide not only power but fresh water sources for the 1.6 Billion residents of the city. The Grand Lyzantium Opera House combines both the magnificence of old classical orchestral performances alongside highly modern and futuristic holographic light shows. The floating city of The Atlas (or Lyzantium-Atlas), defends the city and provides titanic economic bonuses. The Plains of the Wolf where Parliament sits seeks to recreate the landscape of the city before it was founded nearly 1500 years ago. The houses in the hundreds of Residential Districts vary significantly, with skyscraper apartment ranges with glass floors and windows all the one down to singlehandedly built wooden cabins encompassing the city, both below, on, and above ground. In many ways, Lyzantium Underground is a relic, especially with its Memorial Square, a massive monument constructed to commemorate Lycantine's Greatest Wars and Battles which have shaped the country. The Lyzantium Surface unites the city, with Parliament and its Plains of the Wolf showcasing what technology can do to unite past and present. Finally, the Lyzantium-Atlas floating city showing to Anegana the scientific advancements of Lycantine, pushing the boundaries of our understanding of science, physics, and the universe itself.

Well the official size I wrote down for the size of Lyzantium is more than 517,948 km² for its surface area. Keep in mind this is surface area so if you took the entire territory of Lyzantium-Surface and stretched it out, it'd be that size, but due to things like hills and rivers and what not, Lyzantium is actually smaller terms of actual area. But yes. Lyzantium is nearly as big as the Republic of Yemen.
