Countries might be working on speedblitzing each other in war but that is unlikely to cause wars to be any shorter than they already are. Blitzkrieg could have made World War 2 a very short war, if tanks and soldiers could swim.
I think Command & Conquer length wars will become the new norm in the future.

I’m in agreement, I am also thinking about having the leaders of participating nations share security information like how Interpol is and create voluntary force made up of the participating nations to tackle threats that go international.

Each Command & Conquer game takes place during and sometimes before and after one big war between two or three sides composed of multiple groups. Forget what I said about the wars being longer. They range from a couple of months to three years. Command & Conquer is an RTS game that was developed by Westwood Studios and later on EA Games would ultimately end up ruining C&C with Tiberium Twilight. It would be better to look at C&C's wiki because the series is very complex with multiple timelines but no crossovers.

I actively play StarCraft 2 and Civ 5 have played StarCraft 1, so I know what an RTS is. Three months to three years is quite reasonable since combat is no longer limit because of the night.
