You underestimate how easily I am entertained.

I have watched Home on the Range literally dozens of times over the past few months to appease the little monsters, and yet I still never tire of it. I once spent three hours fiddling about with a feather.

Now let me measure your wrists for the proper rope measurements to tie your hands behind your back while you're on the stake.

As he struggles to draw in breath, he only gets more acrid smoke. Perhaps we could put nails in at angles as well, so that every time he tries to shift position to breathe more easily, he gets raked across the back by rusty nails?

Just a few ideas.
