We, acting by command of and on behalf of the Government and the Military Forces of Midand, hereby accept the provisions set forth in the declaration issued by the heads of the Governments of the Volaworand Imperial isaac and Nova Montron December 12, 2017 at the Knowhere Regional Message Board, and later acceded to by North prarie which together form the four powers hereafter referred to as the Allied Powers.

We hereby proclaim the unconditional surrender to the Allied Powers of the Midand Headquarters and of all Midand armed forces and all armed forces under the Midand control wherever situated.

We hereby command all Midand forces wherever situated and the Midand people to cease hostilities forthwith, to preserve and save from damage all ships, aircraft, and military and civil property and to comply with all requirements which may be imposed by the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers or by agencies of the Midand Government at his direction.

We hereby command the Midand Headquarters to issue at once orders to the Commanders of all Midand forces and all forces under Midand control wherever situated to surrender unconditionally themselves and all forces under their control.

We hereby command all civil, military and naval officials to obey and enforce all proclamations, and orders and directives deemed by the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers to be proper to effectuate this surrender and issued by him or under his authority and we direct all such officials to remain at their posts and to continue to perform their non-combatant duties unless specifically relieved by him or under his authority.

We hereby undertake for the Midand Government and their successors to carry out the provisions of the Knowhere Declaration in good faith, and to issue whatever orders and take whatever actions may be required by the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers or by any other designated representative of the Allied Powers for the purpose of giving effect to that Declaration.

We hereby command the Midand Government and the Midand Military at once to liberate all allied prisoners of war and civilian internees now under Midand control and to provide for their protection, care, maintenance and immediate transportation to places as directed.

As shown in Annex 1 below we agree that:
i. The Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) is extended westward into Midand, bisecting San Town northward and along the southwestern line past Midand Central City and Southern Springs . Midand agrees to allow the Joint Volaworand Imperial Isaac Nova Montron Forces leave to enforce the Demilitarized Zone. San Town shall be include an international checkpoint
ii. We cede claim and control of North West Midand, (including Midand Central City) to the nation of Imperial Isaac.
iii. We cede control of South Midand, (including Southern Springs) to the nation of Nova Montron.

We shall pay reparation to Volaworand, by:
i. rebuilding the city of Faraday (including two shrubberies, one placed beside and slightly higher than the other);
ii. establishing and ceding control of a Military base in Midand to be shared by Volaworand's Naval Forces and North Prarie's Air Forces in perpetuity;
iii. providing fuel and diesel fuel shipments monthly to the Dominion of Volaworand for the next 5 years.

The remaining territory (including the capital Midandia and San Town) will remain self governing Midand and shall limit military expenditures to no higher than the current 9.1% of total government spending.
