I always thought, debt was bad, in terms of personal and national, my solution save up the money before spending it?
.... but no country does this, not cus they cant but apparently it's how national debt works, I learnt that governments take loans to invest in things such as infrastructure, industry and certain legislation changes. Then over time.... a very long time, they earn the money back through taxes

The way that works is tied directly to how much currency is in circulation in a given country, how much of it is used in foreign exchange (other nations buying things from you) & whether you have it tied to some other currency or thing of value.
If you want to be an export-country, you'll want to keep your currency values low, this means things are cheaper for other countries to buy in comparison, but you still earn quite a bit of money.
On the flipside, a high-value currency is good if you're importing, because you don't have to spend nearly as much to bring in things from outside.
A general tendency is that countries focusing on raw-resources or exports have low-value currencies, whilst those that manufacture finished goods have high-value currencies. Generally.
Inflation is caused by introducing more money into the system, one way or another. Some inflation is good, supposedly. (Means you never run out of it if it leaves the country or something like that...) A lot of it is bad, though.
As for debts... debts have no real effect on inflation or the valuation of a currency. Debts are, however, a drag on government finances, the US spends a considerable amount of money just paying down their debt obligations. Most of which isn't actually foreign debt, but debt internally taken from citizens, corporations & the like.
A surplus of currency IS bad, but only if it remains in circulation & isn't held up in government coffers & emergency-funds. Ideally, you want to swing between limited deficit & limited surplus, so you never have too little or too much money as a country.
