The pact herby states that the two allies Greater Saint-Paul and The Soviet States of Europe, under the flags of OSEAN, will avoid any and all types of conflict.

Knowing that the two nations may change alliances which can go to war with eachother, the nations both agree that:

1-Even after being pulled into a war with their alliance they won’t attack eachother and ignore the potential threat
2-If the respective alliances threaten the nations and try to force them to fight, they shall leave such alliances to maintain the pact
