Doctors are great at fixing some issues and less so at others. When it comes to regaining your range of movement and making sure that your spine is aligned. Chiropractic work, Massage therapy, and physical therapy are the route to go. Doctors will only give you muscle relaxers and pain pills. If it is bad enough they'll put a rod in your spine, but that's not what you want... I know a little something about these types of injuries...
