All the TNP'ers that anybody knows much about endorse in the general expectation of politeness that they shall receive an endorsement back.
There is a reason I had 250+ endorsements in a fortnight.
The psyche here is not to give endorsements out like candy to those who you favour more for one reason or another; it's more to boost regional security and work as one! :)
