It is possible to construct a mile high tower or even 2 km high tower, but the main challenges would be from the construction point of view. Getting workers up there to work and also pumping concrete to such a height would prove to be very difficult. 1km height is itself a harsh and windy condition to work in. So 2 km would be more extreme. Also why would any one want to build a 2km high tower. At the top floors you wouldn't have the view of the city's skyline as you will be well above the clouds. Just see the view from the top of Burj Khalifa now and try to double that height. At a 2km altitude, even on a clear day you won't be able to see anything worthy of appreciation.

The 15 States of Fellon is a huge nation with a huge government and a huge population. Fellon's government is known for being a Democratic Socialists. The government has branches of government to separate power evenly. The first branch is the executive with the president and his cabinet. The 2nd branch is the heart of Fellon, it's the Chambers. The Chambers is split up into 2 parts, the dungeon which consists of 30 members, 2 representatives from each state and there's the Peak Chamber which consists of 200 members, 1 for each state district. The Chambers pass laws and vote to join alliances and change the nation completely. The executive is the outer shell of Fellon. The executives can pass laws as well, but the chambers can stop it. The Executive must be in good behavior because they're the looks of Fellon. They go to other nations and represent all of Fellon. Cats are Fellon's national animal which is seen almost everywhere, from rainforests, to deserts, even in urban areas.
Fellon's Economy is classified as Frightening. It is huge because of Fellon's tech industry and tourism. Despite the banning and restricting of many companies, it is still growing. Fellon has banned tobacco, gambling, and firearms, and has restricted industries from harming the beautiful environment. Even though banning guns, banning smoking banning gambling, forcing citizens to go to school, banning the internet, and having citizens have no say in the medical use of their bodies after death, Fellon still manages having civil rights classified as excellent. Same sex marriage is legal since day one of Fellon and people cannot discriminate anyone on the basis of sex, race, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, veteran or military status, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, disability. Any citizen except anyone prosecuted can vote making political freedoms very good. Taxes have always been increasing and it's a huge problem in Fellon. Crime and death rates have been decreasing.

Pre-Fellon History
Fellon has a very interesting history, it was around 50 B.C when a land bridge connected the continent of Gellonia with modern day Terrabis-Seran. Our ancestors migrated from Terrabis to Gellonia and discovered a place full of rich soil and many biomes. The first known civilization was named Fedul. Fedul was located in the north of Gellonia. Fast forward to the year 927 A.D where only half of Gellonia has been colonized by only 5 primitive tribes. Fedul, Gurie, Dorus, and 2 other unknown tribes. In 1330 Dours' chief was a bloodthirsty kind of person and soon annexed the 2 unknown tribes and Fedul. While war was happening a pastor by the name of Gellonet Febialiaz went and left Dorus fearing for his town's life and his family's. Gellonet went to the other half of Gellonia which was forbidden to go because of fear of demons. When Gellonet and his followers reached modern day EastGate, they soon met some civilized explorers who taught his people the art of war. Gellonet had establish a place he called Gellon on May 15, 1346. After turning Gellon into a monarchy, he became King Of Gellon and soon went to war with his home country, Dorus. After a long war, Gellon had annexed Dorus. The last remaining nation, Gurie, had meet some explorers of their own. They saw Gellon as a threat because Gellonet had gone mad with power. Gellon went to war with Gurie, and after Gellonet died of an unknown illness, Gellon surrendered not knowing what to do. Gellon was annexed by Gurie December 21, 1357. It was the end of Gellonet Febialiaz's dream nation. Then in 1858, people saw history and saw how great of a nation Gellon was. The idea spread throughout Gurie that a new Gellon would be a great idea. They decided that if there would be a new Gellon it would be named Fellon because of Gellonet's last name "Febialiaz" In just months, south Gurie considered themselves Fellonians and just a month after the Fellonian revolution happened. Overwhelmed by the revolution, Gurie's government agreed to separate the south from Gurie on May 15 1858. Fellon soon became a huge developed nation and got revenge on Gurie for annexing Gellon. Fellon quickly won and annexed the whole continent of Gellonia. The newly formed nation of Fellon didn't know Fellon would be. After many years of debating and arguing, in 1902, Fellon became a socialist federal republic. Rodman Galo became the first president of the national states of Fellon. Rodman quickly got to work on a constitution and picked where the capital would be. Gellonet is the person that started all the history of Gellonia.
