Diana Coleman is a Fellonian technology entrepreneur, and investor. She is the Chairman, CEO, and President of FelloTech. Coleman was born in Chevemyshl, Vectis, and graduated from Grafred University in 2016 with a degree in electrical engineering and computer science.

Coleman joined FelloTech in 2017 as a senior vice president and general counsel of FelloTech. She was made CEO prior to Southerland's arrest in 2018. The EastGate Times named her the youngest CEO as she was twenty when she took that position.

Early Life

Born in Chevemshyl, she was raised a harsh life in the freezing city. "Chopping wood 24/7 at age six" is how she described her life. Her parents divorced at age 15 and said "this was my breaking point" in an interview. "After my parents divorced I realized that I wanted to be successful in school, so I ditched all my friends and began studying while chopping wood 24/7" Coleman advanced to the top of her school and graduated early at age 16.

After all of the success, she still didn't know what she wanted to do with her life. She saw that her city wasn't as lucky as others. She went to her basement and started working on how to bring power to her city. At only age 16 she invented a green solution to bring her city power. The university of Grafred took notice of her and reached out to her. In 2016 she graduated with a degree in electrical engineering and computer science.

In 2017, FelloTech saw how bright Mrs Coleman was, FelloTech offered her job as Vice president.

The EastGate times described her as a sweet yet mysterious woman with a corporate giant on her shoulders. During Evan's presidency, he asked her to take over the military, she accepted and invested heavily. Wasn't long until the leader of The new wisconsin empire denounced the corrupted president Evan and her approval ratings fell. During that time she was seen as a war monster a capitalist. Her military fun was taken away when President Ashworth was sworn in. She left into the darkness as she hope people will forget her wrong doings, it worked.

She came back four years later into the spotlight as she announced Far2 and was heavily praised. She was listed as the 2nd most influential woman in 2034 right behind President Nikkia Alley. In 2052 The new wisconsin empire started an investigation into FelloTech and her approval rating dropped again.

At age 20, she took the challenge to become the CEO of the biggest company in Fellon. She expanded FelloTech worldwide and cleaned up the mess Southerland left as he was arrested for murder. She created the FFSP (First Fellonian Space Program) and hoped that FelloTech will Expand Fellon into an interplanetary country. She faced the problem of owning the military and was seen as a monster. People protested to get her to resign. After many years, she released Far2. Coleman worked with the Fellonian government to establish the colony of Fellog. She launched 160 rockets into space. She released FelPhone 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 4ourteen, 15teenS, 16, and 17. Coleman made FelloTech into the biggest company in Fellon and top 10 in TEP and top 50 in the world.

Overview

The Government of Fraxhemark is a Federal Parliamentary Constitutional Republic. Federalism in Fraxhemark defines the power distribution between the central government and the states. The Government of Fraxhemark comprises three branches: The Executive, The Legislature and The Judiciary. The Executive is led by the President of Fraxhemark who is the ceremonial head of state and the Prime Minister who is the head of government who exercises most executive power. The Legislature, known as The Parliament is bicameral with the House Of The People being the Lower House and the Senate being the Upper House. Fraxhemark has a three-tier unitary independent judiciary comprising the Supreme Court, headed by the Chief Justice of Fraxhemark, a high court for each state, and a large number of trial courts.The Supreme Court has original jurisdiction over cases involving fundamental rights and over disputes between states and the centre; it has appellate jurisdiction over the high courts. It has the power to both strike down union or state laws which contravene the constitution, and invalidate any government action it deems unconstitutional. Everyone is equal in the eyes of the Judiciary. The seat of all the branches of the Government is the capital- Fraternal City.

The President Of Fraxhemark

The President of the People's Democratic Republic Of Fraxhemark is the ceremonial Head of State of Fraxhemark, the commander-in-chief of the Fraxhemarkian Armed Forces and the Head of all the Federal Agencies. The president is indirectly elected by an electoral college comprising the Parliament of Fraxhemark (both houses), the State Legislatures of each of Fraxhemark's states and the Fraternal City Council, who themselves are all directly elected. The President can serve for a renewable term of six years.

The primary duty of the president is to preserve, protect and defend the constitution and the law of Fraxhemark as made part of his oath. All bills passed by the parliament can become laws only after receiving the assent of the president. After a bill is presented to him/her, the president shall declare either that he/her assents to the Bill, or that he/her withholds his assent from it. As a third option, he/her can return a bill to parliament, if it is not a money bill, for reconsideration. The President is also responsible in appointing the judges of the courts of Fraxhemark, including the Supreme Court. The President also appoints the Directors of the Federal Agencies. The rights to be consulted, to encourage and to warn are the President's primary duties towards the Government. In case of a legislative constitutional crisis, the President must use his discretion in inviting a member of the House to form the Government.

The Prime Minister Of Fraxhemark

The Prime Minister of Fraxhemark is the leader of the executive and the head of government of Fraxhemark. The prime minister is also the chief adviser to the President of Fraxhemark and head of the Cabinet. The Prime Minister (informally abbreviated to PM) and Cabinet (consisting of all the most senior ministers, most of whom are government department heads) are collectively accountable for their policies and actions to the President, to Parliament, to their political party and ultimately to the electorate. The Prime Minister must be a representative in the House of the People and has to be a member of the political party or coalition, having a majority in the House Of the People. The Prime Minister can serve for at most two terms. The term of the Prime Minister is generally 4 years, however, he must enjoy the confidence of the party and the House in order to serve as Prime Minister. The Prime Minister reports to the President weekly.

The prime minister is the senior-most member of cabinet in the executive of government in a parliamentary system. The prime minister selects and can dismiss members of the cabinet; allocates posts to members within the government; and is the presiding member and chairperson of the cabinet.
