. . Nikkia Alley is the 15th President of the 15 States of Fellon. She mostly goes by "Mrs Alley". She promised to be a president to help foreign relations and a president for the eduction system. Although she was discriminated for being an AI, she won the 2032 election by a landslide. She is seen as one of the most influential women in The East Pacific and is a historic leader. She has had one of the highest approval rates in Fellonian history. A whopping 86%. She fought for AI lives and installed anti-discrimation laws to protect AI. During her presidency, a terrorist group implanted malware on her system which caused her to change her attitude. Internationally she is seen as an environmentalist and too nice. Many theories suggest she's in an AI cult trying to rule the world. Mrs Alley created the TEP Awards and was a huge success. She's the youngest president in Fellonian history

Early Life

Mrs Alley was created by AI-v-Wonders in the year 2020 as a spy. Instead of being a spy, she was set free into the unknown world as an experiment to see how AI interact with the world. As most AI do, they missed all of her childhood and created to already know what the internet knows, but not Mrs Alley, she was defective and knew less then her AI companions. Mrs Alley lived alone in a government payed apartment. In the year 2022, she was sent out to New Birblands as a spy to collect data, but that mission quickly failed. She came back to Fellon and was set free from the government. She was accepted in the University of Grafred and got a Degree in Civics and Law. In 2025 she quickly rose to fame as she hosted the famous Tv show "Alley's Sci-Show" Her show was nominated for many awards and had millions of fans.

Rise in Politics

Ever since Alley was created, she saw how different she was treated from "humans". She went out and thought AI should be treated the same as Fellonians. During Alley's Sci-Show, she said she didn't have the same rights as citizens, which sparked protests among her fans to grant citizenship to AI. She helped fund AI organizations and convinced her state representative to vote for adding 3.9 to the constitution. AI rights wasn't the only thing she supported, she supported school for everyone and UBI. She rose to be a political influence and was told to run for president. On 2030 she announced she'll be running for president in 2032.
