The cold wind blew through the night in the mountains, a man in a black overcoat, white shirt and red tie would walk to the balcony of the Villa, the wind would touch his face giving a cold chill to it, adding to the tension of the situation he is presently in. This man is the Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Adelger Kapsner, a corporate executive to Wolfenchan being more or less a Minister in Wolfenchan's hands being one of the major pawns in this game of war, albeit not apart of the inner circle that has seen the Chairman, until now.

"Hello?" the voice echoed off the mountains as it went out of Adelger's mouth. He would look around as he searched for people and walked as he took off his Fedora. The sky would be the most beautiful thing in sight being one of the several things in sight other than the snowy whiteness of the mountains and the cold air touching his face, he'd tighten his overcoat as he looked around.

"Is anyone even here? Karsten? Karsten Schnitzler? Hello?" he'd look back in as he said those words, looking for the Chief of Staff. Then he heard a door creek, he'd look to the direction of the source and say "Karsten? Is that you?" he'd speak out as he looked to the direction of the sound, heading to the bedroom area as he looked.

Seconds later Karsten would appear, standing at 6'0 standing in a nicely dressed suit with his eyes staring at Adelger as he sidestepped and said "Adleger.. i see you've arrived..." he'd say as he stopped momentarily "I'd like to introduce you to someone, and that someone is... our Chairman."

Adelger's eyes would widen as Karsten said the word 'Chairman'. No one other than a select group of people has ever seen her true face, only her voice in broadcasts and a censored version of her face. Adelger opens his mouth but he wouldn't speak and he'd leave a shocked expression as he looked back at Karsten. He'd gather back his senses and would start to speak once more "The Chairman?" in his mind would be the thought as to why he was called as he was only the Director for Foreign Relations, nothing regarding defense and such.

Suddenly a figure in a winter coat appears, wearing a red scarf with blonde hair and smooth white skin albeit standing at 5'4 in height being shorter than the two. Her eyes would gaze upon Karsten then he'd stare back at Adelger, clearing her throat first before speaking. "Mr. Adelger, Director of Foreign Relations. Do you know why you were summoned here?" as she said that, the Directors for the Department of Combat, Treasury, Economic Affairs, Maritime Operations, International Trade, and General Operations appear. All of them creating a half circle, circling around Mr. Adelger.

"I assume not then. Well let's get onto the briefing then. Karsten, give Adelger the physical copy of his 'Mission' that we've assigned him to." Katherine would say in a soft spoken voice in a tense situation that doesn't allow much in terms of calmness as all the members of the inner circle appeared with Mr. Adelger being an outsider of the inner circle just becoming more or less a new guy in the inner circle.

Karsten would then hand out a file, Corporate issue being ranked as Confidential. Adelger would hold it, slightly shaking at the situation he is facing and he'd look up back to Katherine or in this case, Edelweiss as many people call her. He'd open the case file and he would read through it then look up to Karsten and Katherine as he spoke "We're going to start relations with.. the Angel of Charity?" he'd say.

Katherine would then walk up as she signaled the rest of the Directors to leave, all of them going out of the main Villa building to the other buildings as they waited. Katherine would then invite Adelger over to the Balcony as she stood there with her hands inside the pockets of her winter coat. The winds of the mountains would make her scarlet red scarf fly with the wind as Adelger approached.
"The reason why we're going to start relations with, for now as we call them, The Empire. Is because at present we see their stance against our aggressive neighbors as useful and that we need to seek out allies to cope with the present geopolitical situation of Valsora which, as you've noticed, isn't doing that great with all the wars."

Adelger would look at Katherine, having to look down first as she was shorter than him in terms of height and was forced to think before responding, being unsure of her age. "Well.. i see your point but. There's also countries we already have relations with like the nation of Merlovich, why should we pursue relations with The Angel of Charity?" he'd say in a concerned voice.

"Simple, they're stronger." she'd say to Adelger before continuing "I believe that you can pursue this mission well. Send one of the best of your ambassadors and make sure that you manage to get relations going." she'd look to the Winter Sky which was as beautiful as ever "Because for the sake of our skin and to protect our nation from any risks of invasion, especially from our stronger neighbours. Like Kampf Empire. Oh your dismissed now by the way, you should get on your way."

Adelger would walk out of the Villa building to his Armored Sedan and begin to drive back to Kossen, on the road he would look at the File as he thought of what was going to happen next and the intentions of the Chairman. God knows what's next.
