The Hispanic Dynasty is an empire mostly ruled by an Emperor, it's government system is an authoritarian constitutional monarchy, it is constitutional because it has a prime minister and a constitution, as the emperor is the one that mostly rules, the prime minister is useful too.

The prime minister is also democratically elected and the dynasty has multiple parties (except for Anti-monarchist parties).

The main industry is manufacturing and coffee agriculture.

The Culture is Spanish and Hispanic themed, they speak the Spanish language as well.

Jazz isn't very popular, but it's still legal on the Empire.

The Empire has a large military, not to mention the constitution and the parliament has military officials too, making the Empire militaristic, which also explains the tank designs.

Their main religion is Sanquis Christianity, with the populace also having anti-islamic views.
