Different civilizations with different cultures are expected to have their own names for similar systems.
Indeed but it is the first time I have met a nation that doesn't just refer to their ideologies with existing things. It does add flavor but you also have to explain what they are.
I mean who knows Stable Society is a similar economic ideology to socialism than just being a policy.
It's quite dependent on the works of translators, though. Naturally, they will have different words for different things and while they could be literally translated, when they are referred to using a secondary language, some context should be used so that more understandable words can be used.
The example I can immediately think of is that in Japanese we call bandaids "adhesive plaster." Although it is an accurate description and a literal translation, it is confusing when translated so it is instead directly turned into "bandaid."

Anyways, I must now completely reform the economy, much of it is already in the process of making a recovery.
