Gukgihoekai (국議회会), or Congress in English, is a new political faction that arose out of a confederation of pro-international politicians and people. They aimed to make Hanguk-Nippon a larger contributor to the international community and hopefully bolster its position in places like the World Assembly. Currently, they're small. But careful observers have noted that their popularity is on the rise, and more of the people see this as a positive change. However, the majority of the public are still supportive of the current NPP and have expressed their support in various different forms. Another thing of note is that they also support very large-scale administrative reforms. The Coalition has been so far very accepting and has welcomed the party in, the NPP also is surprisingly not being so harsh on them for joining The Coalition despite their affiliations with it.
