There were a couple students sitting on benches talking and others studying in the shade. The sun shone heavily as it was now hotter than earlier in the morning.

Felix: "I'm probably the only blonde, blue-eyed person most of the people at this school will ever see, huh?"

Nhi: For now? Yes~ But I’m sure as our country becomes more wealthy and prosperous we’ll see me of your kind, no offense, coming over here.
Nhi then pushed a door open and they’d go up a flight of stairs.
- Felix: "Guess I'll...enjoy the attention while I can..."

Nhi smiled at Felix sympathetically.
Nhi: I’m sorry that it makes you feel uncomfortable, if I could I’d shout at everyone and tell them not to stare. You’ll get used to it, or at least they’ll get used to you.
Felix realised Nhi was going out of her way to make him feel welcome not only in the school, but in the country. They would eventually arrive at her room:

Nhi: It is, when I first got here I was always late to lessons because of how comfy this bed was to sleep in. Have a seat, don’t mind about all the pillows.

Nhi: So tell me? When you first got here and looked around right, what did you think about Hanoi?
Felix: "The first thing that struck me was how busy it is. Luxembourg City's a thriving place, but...there's only about 100,000 people living there. There must be millions here."
Nhi: Only 100,000!? That’s a small town around here. Hanoi has like 2 million people living in it. What else did you think about it~?

Felix: "Lots of bike riders...quite a few old colonial-style buildings, but skyscrapers too. Clearly the city's getting more modern. Oh, and dear God it's way hotter than back home here...and the humidity...back home 20 degrees is a hot day..."
