Also, to those of you who don't use the Balder forum (which is most people here), as minister of integration, it's my job to integrate the nations of Balder into the community of Balder (basically, this means getting RMB people to join the forums and/or join in community events).
I will begin my work once Solorni has given me access to polls here, but in the mean time, I'll let you know that the "make a new flag for Balder" competition may be revived (so get your pencils out everyone). I also plan to look at the "city of Balder" idea some more, possibly as a means to better integrate the RMB and forum (e.g. have the actual city on the forum, but have votes and discussions take place both on the forum and the RMB or something)

Congratulations on your rise to the exalted ranks. You do know that a community exists here on the RMB. So I think that integration is a two-way street. You need to get the forum dwellers active on the RMB. For example North East Somerset, the Vice Delegate of Balder, hasn't posted here in 356 days. Shall I go on?
