When I first came to NationStates, I was looking for an online free-to-play game where you got to create your own country. I stumbled across this website and got intrigued with the nation creator. I remember spending my beginning living in the Pacific, lodging messages into the RMB hoping to get noticed and make some allies, but didn't... as expected of being a newly-found nation in a Feeder. I soon grew to be restless and enabled the Recruitment preference in my Telegrams, wishing to be part of something. Then, I received a Telegram. Out of all the recruitment Telegrams, this one piqued my interest. It was from Qenoch, and it was an invitation to a new region that he created. I was thrilled at the promise of a medieval-themed region and accepted the request.

Back then, Alvarez only housed like six nations including myself; it was still in its infant stages. There were few guilds to join, but from the selection, I picked the PPP Guild. Conceived by my would-be friend, Selukun islands, I joined it because it shared my values. I would later become the Guild Scribe since at the time there was only two of us and Selukun islands was Guild Master, so yeah. The PPP Guild would go on to become the biggest Guild in Alvarez as more members joined. It's sad that Selukun islands wasn't here to witness the success of his creation, he left because of personal reasons and handed me the role of Guild Master, which I took and vowed to continue the Guild in his honor. Well, I'm sorry that I will have to break that vow considering my departure. As Guild Master, I hereby declare the disbandment of the PPP Guild!

At one point, Alvarez used to contain 300+ nations. But then, that number started to dwindle. Qenoch had stopped funding the region with stamps and recruitment was at an all time low. During this time, several nations that joined beforehand wanted to help. Namely, Scus Dom, Peronism, and Ordivus. Of course, all that drama occurred and they left to found their own region, New Alvarez Union. I even tried working for them as a spy, but Qenoch explained the situation to me. I am glad that we managed to settle our differences and could stay as allies.

Then there was that whole debacle with Colonla. I almost dragged this region into war had I not conducted a background check into the matter (also thanks Democratic Kingdom of South India, for bringing it to my attention). I communicated with Yokashai Israel and got the full scope of the situation (I believe we are actually on good terms, ironically). Colonla, if you're reading this, I have forgiven you... but I have not forgotten...

I ran for Grand Chancellor so that I could restore its former glory, but nothing has changed. I wish I could have done more, but this is the end of the road. I will be quitting NationStates, temporarily. Do not misunderstand, I will allow Arazian to soon cease to exist, but I might come back as a new nation. Personal life has gotten into the way of many things, so maybe when all of it settles down, I hope to return with more passion. I see potential in NationStates as a canvas for a worldbuilding project I've had in mind, so, who knows... maybe we'll meet once again some sunny day.
