The Nationalist Era in China (1927-1949) by Lloyd E. Eastman, Jerome Ch'en, Suzanne Pepper, and Lyman P. Van Slyke
Great book so far. It disspelled alot of myths I had on the nationalist era, and I learned alot more things then before. My next read is going to be a book called Red Star, which is a Bolshevik Utopia book made by Alexander Bogdanov. Great friend of mine that gifted it to me. Excited to read it. After these two books though, i have alot more stuff I wanna read. Like Nihilist/Existentialism philosophy books, and political theory.
