Regarding RPing in the main RMB: seeing as though it happens a lot here, and that Psomewhere is going unused (not a lot of RPs there compared to here), I propose Local Council Legislation #2: The Plotless RP Law.

Basically, what it does is dissolve Psomewhere and makes the LCs "Moderators" of plotless RP. Knowhere stays the same since it's different.
