yeah well only going with the discord vote (which is presumably what you did) is kinda disenfranchisement of all our comrades who don't have discord or have it but aren't active on it

Comrades, our region has been just about everywhere.
We started as a group of friends making a region for fun.
Then mbwrs joined, and we started recruiting with API.
Then members like Dwarvia came in, or Kesmaria, and so many more.
We started growing and growing and growing.
We got our first real elections, our first [Insert name]gate. We grew and we dropped and we had our disagreements and scandals but we've been amazing.
But now, it's time to leave the drop behind and continue. Thank you for an amazing ride comrades, we've now reached our final destination.
The governments of UGON and UESR have officially agreed to merge thus the following is effective immediately:

- UGON government is dissolved
- UESR government is dissolved
- UGON's constitution will serve as the provisional constitution until a new one has been created.
- UGON and UESR have merged and now go under the name "Asterya"
- All nations are urged to move to Asterya:

I just would like to add that this is something we have literally been discussing since May 2022 and we have been repeatedly been clear about our intentions, citizen were made aware and if you only know are aware now then sorry but we can not help it if inactive users can not bother to atleast catch up with what is happening once a week or something.

Majority of those for the merger have Discord, citizen without Discord had a chance to participate in how the proccess should occur via telegrams. If you did not engage and participated then we assumed you simply did not care.
