Emergency meetings are now underway in a rented conference room to plan the future of Bremen and the company. Topics of discussion are:
-How to seperate the civillian population from the company in the space given by The Lowlands and Saxony
-How to make Bremen less of a target in the future
-How to defend the land and to enforce law, without interference from the company.
-How to best allocate financial resources (both given and earned) to accomplish new plans and strategic goals

As more and more ships approach Die Engels Port, the most skilled Prusso-American guides await the leaders‘ arrival to assist them and take them to the Neukönigsberg Residence or show them any other place of interest if needed.

The cities rise with a high skyline and vast industrialised zones, whereas most of the land not occupied by cities is full of little agricultural towns.

A hotel lobby near Bremen's city centre is converted to a make-shift press conference room. Various journalists try to establish a good shoot of the table where people will be seated and the hallway where the CEO is expected to come from. Naturally, the best positions are commandeered by the Saxonian Broadcasting Comany SBC, having a central shot on the table and the company's press background.

Without much of an announcement, a door down the hallway opens. Arthur Dent and the surviving board members come through the door and walk towards the table. Some journalists try to ask questions while Arthur makes way towards the table but get no response. The board sits down at the table that has enough seats for what should be a full compliment of board members. The empty seats are a reminder for the board members that lost their lives in the Rivetish assault. The journalists gradually quiet down to hear what the board has to say.

"Ladies and Gentleman: CEO Arthur Dent of Dent Tactical inc. will now make a statement. Any questions that might arise will be answered afterwards"

Arthur holds up his hand as to motion for a pause. The lobby remains dead silent until he starts to talk 2 minutes later.
"That was a much needed moment to remember the setting we find ourselves in. Whilst 'civillian' casualties are luckily a mere fraction of the total losses, most of us who either work or live here have lost somebody at the firm. The empty seats symbolizes this. Not only managers, but also junior and senior employees have succumbed to the retaliation of Riveti armed forces.

We do not hold grudges. Our field of operations bear occupational hazards and retaliation is one of them. And so we will not pursue any action against them, so that repetition of recent events are avoided. Based on the conditional surrender imposed on us, we will be governing the Bremen area without Rivetish interference as long as the company no longer operates against The Grand Reich of Riveti or The sith empire of korriban For this we are thankful to still be the masters of our own sea. The events have taught us a few lessons and a need to pursue the real identification of the land we work in.

The Protectorate of Dent Tactical is a Saxonian, Self-governed Autonomous Region spanning the Bremen area from the municipality of Bremen, along the Weser river to the port town of Bremerhaven. This land, whilst in domain of The Stratocratic Duchy of The Lowlands and Saxony, is mostly independent. As long as our actions do not harm the domain, we are free to do our bidding. This freedom comes with challenges such as a somewhat internal economy, practicing and enforcing law and self-defense. To achieve this, the following actions will be taken:
-Any and all taxes collected in the protectorate will no longer be given to the Saxonian Advisory Agency for Financial Affairs. In stead it will be used internally for the rebuilding, growth and well being of the protectorate.
-The municipality of Bremen and the nearby Bremen Airport will legally converted into a de-militarized Special Economic Zone. This SEZ is intended to transform into a economic hub for the Saxonian domain and sovereign nations to establish their companies and to conduct business. There will be subsidiary incentives to promote this transformations.
-A police force will be formed to enforce the law in the protectorate. This police force will function without the company's interferance and will be the only armed institution in the Bremen SEZ.
-Dent Tactical will establish a new base of operations outside the SEZ, in Osterholz-Sharmbeck. The new base will come with a new airbase. Only the Bremenhaven will remain as a double use base for civilian and military use.
-During the building of the new base and the rebuilding of Bremen, all Dent Tactical operations are focused on the speedy recovery of the protectorate. Until then, Dent Tactical's services are unavailable for customers.

"Normally we would've had a form of defense at the ready at all times. However, we just moved into the newly created protectorate and were in the process of converting some areas for dual-purpose or full military use. As such, the focus on creating a proper defense was to be handled further down the line. While we had some equipment and resources at the ready for defense, it surely was not what it should be like.

We always depended on the interceptors of the Saxonian armed forces and their defensive systems... We as a company weren't quite prepared to have the same form of defense as a nation typically has. With the rebuilding and restructuring of how things will be handled in the Protectorate, creating a form of defense for the company and especially the newly created SEZ will be one of our top priorities."

Royal Naval Force Active in Bridgeman Coastline
The Council of Monarchs chose to be quiet about the Bridgeman Armies and Navies for a while. But recently, a Bridgeman fishing vessel edging close to the end of Bridgeview's EEZ spotted and reported a massive fleet, and was described as "An armada of shining armor". Representatives of the Monarchs were heckled and being asked why such a large fleet was active outside of Bridgeview's waters. Queen Aoi's assistant, Akamine Kazuma, spoke out saying that the navy is conducting EEZ Patrols, but that doesn't explain the force needed. Some conspirators say that the navy is to block transport ships from passing through an area called "Terra One", a place that was said to be a spot where Bridgeview wanted to build an artificial island. The Council has ultimately denied that.

People have started to ask the Council of Monarchs into why such a large fleet was active in waters, despite having no threat. The Council simply replied with "Please wait for further announcements about the issue:.

An update on the rebuilding of the protectorate:
-The Bremen airport will be redesigned to encorporate the former military part as an extra terminal with an underground vehicle shuttling the passengers between the terminals and the entrance/exit of the airport. This underground shuttle will also serve as a long term bomb shelter for all people inside the airport to hide in in case of an attack. This restructuring will be largely possible thanks to the gracious donation of The land of madness and insanity.

-Rebuilding Bremen is underway and is expected to be finished in a month or so. The quick rebuilding is possible thanks to the assistance from the Lowlands and Saxony in both financial and human resources.
-Funding for a police force in the Bremen Special Economic Zone is secured. The force will be called the Sicherheitskräfte des Wirtschaftszones( SideWi for short) and will be tasked with law enforcement in the SEZ. The SEZ will have checkpoints on the thoroughfares of the city in order to properly seperate civillian from military vehicles and persons. The official formation of this force is will be soon.
-The official building site in Osterholz-Sharmbeck for the new headquarters has been chosen. The building of the HQ and accompanying airbase will start once the rebuilding of Bremen has been finished.

On Sunday, February 17th 2019, Chief Executive Woonsocket of 10000 Islands declared his intent to resign from his position after two years of running the region. As his successor he has chosen Markanite, three time WA Delegate and Heart of the Islands recipient. Both Woonsocket and Markanite are highly well like among the community of XKI, and while many of us are sad to see Woonsocket step down after doing such a good job we know that he couldn't have made a better choice for the person to replace him.

In his statement of resignation Woonsocket had much to say about his successor, and much to say about his time as Chief Executive. To the delight of many, he has also declared his intent to stick around and not leave the community entirely.

Woonsocket resignation letter:

After several years of having the honor of being your Chief Executive, I am stepping down from the position. I have chosen Markanite as my successor as Chief Executive. This is a good choice - Mark has unquestioned seniority, has served in the government in a variety of positions, is a Heart of the Islands recipient, is a TITO knight, participates in the election process as a contributing member of The Islands Party (TIP), and is a person that people look up to here as a steady and solid contributor. He will expertly lead us into the future.

Thanks to you all for letting me serve you for the last couple of years; this is an amazing region with amazing people in it and I am blessed to have had a chance to be a part of it! I am not leaving the Islands though, I will be staying around and continuing to participate in our fine region! The transition will happen over the next couple of days as I continue to work with Mark to make this a smooth transfer of power.

A Saxonian governmental plane, carrying a trade delagation that is fronted by Chief-adviser on Financial Affairs Brigadier-General Joop de Frije, is flown towards New Eden. The agenda has a slight focus on the Saxonian offerings in the arms industry but is broad in general. With most of the major sectors in the Saxonian economy represented, the delegation consists of around 150 people and their secretary's and aides.

New Eden is a modest city, but very well fortified. Most of the city is still under construction. They are told to land at an airfield in the middle of a large field.
Next to the airfield is a large church with droves of people flocking to it.
Waiting for the delegation is the acting head Priest of New Eden, sanctioned by the father to conduct trade with Saxony
