Lets send people into space, I just realised that mars could become Habitable, issue is... Well its 3 times the size of earth.

The top of mars, if we somehow could make a Ocean, could be a large ocean, so all you'd have to do is go through one ocean, not a bunch congested oceans.

Look that up, and it will show the map of mars, the territories don't matter, but the gulfs and oceans are pretty useful!
