Thanks to the Modernized Irrigation, Farming techniques, and Machines, the Production of Farms has Increased by 70%, with the Help of it's Vietnamese Neighbour of course, and now because of this, the New Republic now was able to Take care of itself Independently, because of this Ration cards were Not needed anymore, but, Since the People were now Find with everything, the People now didn't need to Buy their Ration cards to buy Groceries, and because of this, the New Republic was Losing Big piles of Money, so, the Ministry of Treasury decided to Highen Tax Rates, because of this people, Especially the Poor, just couldn't Afford the High Taxes, but then Government decided to Lower the Taxes just a Bit for the Poor, the First Classes, didn't Like this, but since the Government were Pressured by the Public to keep Lowering taxes for the Poor, the Government ignored the First Class, which led to a Rise on Black Market, especially More Smuggling.

The Grand Traders decide to spend another operation by buying goods on black market and then sell with higher prices on the universe, then use the profit gained to invest further into KA economy so that the First class cannot mess up anymore

Some people in the First Class of the Republic, decide to just Pay their Very High taxes, but others the Ones that despise the Communist Government and everything it Stands for (FYI im only Communist in Terra but Democratic in Valsora),decided to Fund Various Terrorist groups that Cause trouble, like the Infamous Liberalists, which is now a Former shadow of itself, these People who Funded the Terrorists were swiftly Arrested and investigated.
