Hello friends, I have a quick question: is there anything as anarcho-humanism? Does humanism imply anarchism (or viceversa)? I self-defined myself a s such but I'm not sure if it's a correct thing. Thanks for help!

In general anarchists are atheist, though there are many "religious anarchists", we have one one our region. Humanists can be statists aswell, it's just another form of socialism really.

Personally I'm more worried about what's going on in the Philippines. I used to live in Manila. So many people have no recourse in the slums but to deal and Duterte's openly unleashing death squads on poor communities. Sh1t's fvcked everywhere, really. But understandably, we in the West focus on the West because it affects us more. Trying to help folks in the Phillippines is all well and good, but not our top priority when every time we take our eye off the ball over here, we slip ever further into the cold embrace of totalitarianism, in the same sense that children starving in Africa doesn't negate the homeless children starving down the road because of several decades of reverse robin hood economic policies, the latter is just far more imminent to me.

it seems that today, raiders again tried to invade the region. however, thanks to the defenders from Spear Danes and Yggdrasil this attempt at seizing control of our region could be averted. their sleeper nation Kawaii kitsune has since been banjected from anarchy.
other presumed raider puppets that took part in the invasion and are still around are Cosmobourg, Violet haze, Thefireteamempire, Vatanx,
i suggest that we should be extra-careful in whom we endorse in the near future and that our principal-agents should keep their eyes open so that we may notice raiders before they strike.
after all, since not one of our long-time residents has over 22 endorsements (not counting the defenders still here now), we are still a relatively easy target.

i've also wondered why so many vote for that particular resolution. i don't vote on general assembly resolution often, but having to respect patents, whose purpose is to protect the profits of foreign companies, struck me as a complete no-go.
You didn't read it thoroughly. As far as I'm aware (and correct me if my reading of it is incorrect), it basically formalizes a patent system for any states that want to observe patent systems, whilst accepting that states that do not have or respect patents can formally have no patents and not have to observe other nations' patent systems. That's fine, capitalistic states can have their bs patent bollocks, meanwhile the rest of us can be left in peace without having patents forced upon us :)

The capitalist players of the WA are indeed already working on repealing this should it pass - which, if it does, it'll be close - and replace it with a much more draconian IP regime. I'd actually urge all of us to vote FOR the current GA resolution. It may well be listed as "free trade" but unlike most such this one actually delivers.

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat? OK, so people are throwing words like "raider" around, but I want to clear things up. After being in this region, I have come to the conclusion that it should really be more kawaii. After carefully thinking about it, I know that if this region becomes more kawaii in the near future, it will be destined for great things. You can call me "raider" all you want, but just know that at the end of the day, I just want what's best for the region.
I would like to state for the record that The Kawaii Empire has zero involvement with this attempted invasion. No individual involved were neither soldiers, citizens, nor representatives of The Kawaii Empire. I feel it is necessary to state this as I am not Kawaii Kitsune, there are bound to be others you use the term "kawaii" in their nation other than me, I would also like to ensure that The Kawaii Empire's relations with Yggdrasil are on good terms; I feel like they represent an admirable aspect that I hope to demonstrate in my region and military.
As commander of The Kawaii Brigade, military force of the empire, I would like to extend aid to this region in it's time of need, however as it stands now our region and military are still under construction, due to be complete by January. However, we are building an alliance and may be able to look to them for help should it be needed.
Once again, thank you for understanding, I hope I have cleared in misunderstanding that may have spurred from these infiltrators.
