Open-heart surgery is taught in seminaries, the country's famous rainforests are being bulldozed by the mining industry, tourists are denied entry because of a distant relative married to a Lilliputian, and the government baselessly accuses foreign dignitaries of being assassins. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Censorland's national animal is the Dark Owl, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to toxic air pollution, and its national religion is Violetism.
