The even numbered films are great, but the odd numbered ones are so much meh.

LOTR and Scottish independence? Too much of a stretch for me.

Wheeee... 18 billion finally

It is most certainly not a legal document, it's just news. People are allowed to have their main nations elsewhere. I myself have citizenship in other regions, even though my main nation is here.

Alright -- I'll bite. But have you decided to take an elected position in any of the other regions?

In other GCRs? No. That's a personal choice I've made. I don't see how that is related to what I said though.

Wasn't LOTR inspired by England's plight in WW2?

How do you equate WW2 and the Scottish Independence Movement?

You lot know me as Qaweritoyu, I can seriously see why the residents of the Rejected Realms got banned.

I'm just on my typical rant about divided loyalties.

In reality, it's beneficial to use the nation Unibot uses most since that's clearly the one he'll be most responsive from.

Regional elections are elections where citizens vote who'll be something, anything from craziest person to Vice-Delegate and Delegate. What did you think it was? \:-|
Become a citizen and... wait till next election, which is in 3 months.
