Kind of. But people can leave unlike alcatraz. I came here originally by being kicked out for pissing off big tex in the region of Texas (my older brother did something and I went to apologize for him but Tex wasn't hearing it) and then left. I came back a few weeks later on my own accord and I'm still here. Not all of us are bad. We do however get a few people who have a tendency to annoy

I was kicked out of the Pacific when the NPO took over, and after several failed attempts at sneaking back in, this place started to feel like home. That was about 12 years ago. Crazy...

There are a very select few in NS that I find annoying. You're somewhere between "Mild Inconvenience" and the dog down the street whose barking seems to rally every dog within 300 feet. Of you think you're annoying then you'll have to really crank it up, maybe become an apprentice to someone who actually is annoying. :P

Sorry, this is the last week of classes and next week is finals. I will step it up when I get bored. Until then I'll call it peace. Though to be fair I have been ban 5 of the last 8 weeks. Even though I only got 2 3 day bans... Moderators suck at math.
