I would suggest we add some clarifications to our justice system in our great charter, for example we can address the rights that the accused would enjoy.
For example:
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a public trial, to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation and to have a copy thereof, to be confronted with the witnesses against him, to obtain the attendance of witnesses compulsory in their favor, to have assistance of a barrister, and to the presumption of innocence.
In a indictments or impeachments the accused shall not be compelled to incriminate himself by his own testimony and the silence of the accused may not be considered or discussed against him.
No one will be put at risk of being punished twice for the same offense.
Every defendant is entitled to be released on bail before the middle of a conviction.
The pre-trial detention shall not exceed one month. The bonds and fines may not be excessive.
Regarding the map... can we just put my nation's map into the region's map >_> or is that too much to ask?

On second thought... perhaps it's better if Estovakia and I are farther apart. Regarding map cleanup didn't Barnezia cease to exist, and Zerragon is 46 days inactive and in the other region. I think we should clean up the map so only nations currently residing in the region are on it.
