The Belhorizoni High Command proudly declares the success of operation 'Stingray'.
The Torvish water supply has been poisoned with the highly dangerous Dihydrogen Monoxide.
We can replace our boats.
We wish you the best of fortunes in convincing your ape-like population in reproducing sufficiently to repopulate.

I don't know what's happening but... I don't like it!

International Dispatch
The United Kingdom urges all member nations currently engaged or on the brink of war to try with all their might to end or avert any hostilities which could speed up an arms race it the region.
The United Kingdom notes with concern the territorial invasion made by great nations of this region, and we further note; the great concern many member nations with smaller populations have. We would encourage negotiations over hostilities.
We hope the nations at war could see eye to eye, and consider their actions as one action will and has caused reaction.
The Minister of International Development
The United Kingdom of Lentheric.
So for the sake of clarity Torvalyn is uneasy about the Belhorizon presence near its territorial waters for the following reasons:
-Allowing passage to the fleet could violate Torvish neutrality in the conflict (though not allowing passage could have the same effect)
-Belhorizon is currently detaining 7 Torvish citizens on charges of espionage which the Torvish state refutes, and passage into the gulf is a form of leverage
-Concerns over the foreign/military policy of Avorez and their relations with Belhorizon
-Concerns that the conflict may spread north towards Torvalyn if the maritime passage were to become an area of stragetic interest in the war
-The overall presence of Belhorizon's navy near Torvalyn at a time when relations are verging on hostility
I apologise if I have done anything that offends you personally; I have only sought to serve the region to the best of my ability. This hasn't always been easy, however, and sometimes complications arise. If there's anything I can do to allay your concerns, please let me know.
It's wonderful to be back and see so many old faces. Many of you are the reason why I constantly return to NS these days! I'll reapply for renewed citizenship shortly. What's going on with the regional government these days?
Trying to reform it further.
Better than the REC; but still lacks direction...
With time; this region can achieve all.
Time always proves to be a great healer of things. That, patience and determination, that is.
I'm sure the region will be up and running in no time, especially with those who are already dedicated to restructuring on the case. The REC became an ineffectual chamber towards the end, reform was inevitable. I'm glad to come back to something positive and constructive.

The Splintered Alliance(an enemy comprised of a mixture of various groups, with locations and fleets around the world) has attacked Narnifrey. Narnifrey repelled the invasion, but not before the Alliance devastated an entire city and a 50 mile radius around the city limits. Then the Alliance attacked me, and is invading my capital city. The Alliance is planning to attack many other nations.
