Yes, please! Asterdel already considers Sorlovia a friend and ally nation. Asterdel is adamantly pacifist and has one of the smallest militaries and defence budgets in the Nordic Lands. Even if Sorlovia may have differing interests in that respect :p
That's good enough for me! We are connected by the Rhine river, which along with the Danube, is our access to the sea. I hope we can conduct trade between our nations and bring us closer together, along with Mexipines. I'm looking forward to reading your factbook!

Does anyone know if it's possible to score a 100 rating on civil rights, economy and political freedom all at the same time? And is there a nation like this out there somewhere?

You could mention something about it in the NLN if you like. Maybe Asterdel approaches Sorlovia with an alliance offer, we are a strongly Slavic nation but that will not stop us from allying with non-Slavs. Sorlovia is also a large scale producer of weapons, military hardware and ammunition so it could very easily arm Asterdel if that is what you're interested in.
Sorlovia is not wealthy by any means, it is using up the reserves of hoarded communist money but that will run out before long. But yes, it is a very militaristic nation with soldiers essentially treated as rockstars. If you've served in the military you can be assured of immense respect, lots of vodka on the house and the admiration of a great number of women. As the old saying goes, women love a man in uniform!
