So, with the vote over, the result is pretty clear. We're not going to inhabit the entire world - we stick to a 'northern territory'.
Should Jomsberg and I make some vague assumption as to what might constitute a 'northern territory', or should we have yet another regional vote?

Let's have a regional vote about who should begin the process of selecting members for an elite exploratory committee whose aim will be to consider the issue of whether to put the designation of a particular 'northern territory' to a regional vote or whether it should be decided upon by a second, even more elite exploratory committee that will meet behind closed doors to decide the issue. Also, should the first committee reach the conclusion that it would be best for the issue to be decided upon by a committee and not a regional vote, we will need to have a vote on who should take the responsibility of forming the second, more elite exploratory committee, and a second round of voting to decide behind whose closed doors the committee will be meeting. Or maybe the committee should decide on the meeting place... maybe we will have to vote about the committee's exact oversight and limitations... I think... um...
