Good for you! Now go get a Colt Python and a lot of ammo for the zombie apocalypse. And a shotgun. And a machete. You don't know when you're gonna run out of bullets.

I like to think I'd have an axe handy so I can go viking on the zombies.

3) This is not Putin's fault. The Ukrainians shot the plane down, but I have no idea why Putin was relevant there. Is like if Brazilians shot down a plane in which they thought Cristina Kirchner was in.

If you avoided all the warzones in the world you wouldn't be able to fly to most places. Holiday to Sharm El-Sheikh for some summer rays would be certainly off the cards! That's thousands of unhappy Europeans then! There were a good dozen planes in the area at the time and there were no causes for concern.

Who honestly would think that some random pro-Russian Ukrainian rebels would have the ability to shoot down a passenger jet at 30,000 feet? A BUK isn't just any old piece of military kit. It requires specific 2 support vehicles wired up to it and a team of specially trained experts. The rebels were either trained by Russians to use a BUK or the Russians are actually using it for them - either way, Putin bears ultimate responsibility for ordering the Russian military into Ukraine to support pro-Russian elements. Basically, the buck stops with the guy who says the order.

Its got to be a horrible, horrible mistake. But, either way, somebody has to be held accountable for what is essentially a war crime.

It was definitely not Ukraine. I am almost sure it was the separatists. Putin also clearly has no feelings for anything. I'm sure he isn't.. (badass Spongebob quote incoming) "A ROBOT!" but he should have some sort of visible sorrow. It was all too suspicious. I suspect his reaction and preparation of apology was something like this:

"President Putin!"

"Yes, Marta?"

"An airplane was shot down in Ukraine!"

*sweats* "It wasn't me, for su-sure. What a shame."

*a few minutes later*

"I, eternal Sovie- erm, I mean - President Putin am sorry for the crash. It was bad."

The End.

Putin is a thug... that is all.

I still think it was pilot error. We must remember that this airline is still missing A WHOLE PLANE. Still have no idea where it is.

That's what I was talking about. Tip for a safe journey: never take a Malaysia Airlines plane. Never.

Look at the NRC! The championship is over with surprising results! I'd like to know if you guys would like to continue the championship thing.

Awesome! Of course, this kind of RP is really amusing. I'll look forward to another like this!

We are planning to make our NRC debut when it starts again.

I'm sure he could have dodged it.

As long as you make sure that the scorinator doesn't want me to fail every single time...

Happy friends' day to all, Argentine and not Argentine!

Last time I checked, commercial airliners don't come equipped with radar lock warning systems in the event a guided SAM is being fired at the plane. So the pilots wouldn't have had any warning to even attempt to evade the missile, not that they would've been able to.. A Boeing 777 can't exactly perform hairpin maneuvers like any modern fighter jet could, and even then, missiles are pretty accurate these days.

I think people are forgetting this sort of thing has happened before. When the Soviets shot down two Korean Airlines planes that mistakenly flew into soviet airspace in the 80s. They interpreted the radar signature of the airliner as a spy plane or something, sent up a fighter, and shot them down from a standoff range. The whole world and Reagan called it a cowardly evil act. Ironically a few years later a US Destroyer that was engaged with some Iranian patrol boats in the Persian gulf misinterpreted the radar signature of a nearby Iranian Airlines plane as an enemy fighter and shot it down as well. Then everyone said,"oh hey it's not our fault, this is an understandable mistake.. We thought it was a fighter!"

Same thing is happening now. Everyone is quick to point fingers and send the blame acting like this terrible and horrific accident of war has never happened before. I'm not saying the separatists or whoever perpetrated this meant to shoot down an airliner (if they did, that's terrorism and even more dastardly) they probably thought it was a Fighter. Unfortunately they thought wrong. I'm not justifying their actions, it's a terrible tragedy.

I think it's fake. Plus, it's not really that "nice" to be happy to have missed that particular flight.

Hmm... I don't know. Let's decide that with... Rock Paper Scissors Lizard Spock!

I'd be pretty happy with not dying.

In other news I'll probably end my inactivity in the NLN tomorrow with sort of the start of a political shake up. This will still facilitate for the dissolution of the 7NA and the rise of a thisandthatunion, but without my nation being enslaved by a disease. My new motto is a good indication of how things will be after this shake up.

I know this doesn't really have any similarities to the crash or whatever it was, but I know someone who worked at one of the Twin Towers but they had a hangover so they called in sick on 9/11. I think it's totally fair to be happy to not die.

It's happy not do die, but I wouldn't be happy, I would be shocked and sorrowed for the people not so lucky as I would have been.

What ever happened to Zarkov? After the whole problem with Novagorod and the Bratva finished he was not heard from again.

In the "Last Video" post it says he killed himself with the same gun he used to kill Kashka. I have a weird mind :D
