A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.

Resolution: SC#209
Security Council Resolution #209 “Liberate Singapore” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The Security Council,
Cognizant of the repeated attacks on the resilient thirteen year old region of Singapore by various raider organizations.
Understanding that the Security Council passed SC #209 with the intention of preventing a permanent lockdown of Singapore following the most recent of these attacks.
Noting that the hostile forces SC #209 was attempting to discourage have since withdrawn from their occupation of Singapore.
Inspired by the resolve of the residents of Singapore to continue their lives within their home region, despite the attempts by raider forces to drive them from their homes.
Believing that the native residents of Singapore should be granted the ability to lock down their own regional borders in order to secure themselves from further aggression.
Hereby Repeals SC #209, "Liberate Singapore".

LIBERATION PROPOSALS:
The bottom line is that when Defenders lose in the field of battle they result to cowardice and change the rules of play. I have kept my Region Raider free for 12+ years by keen vigilance to the Game Play throughout the JenGuv World. This has included Puppets and Spies and infiltration of Regions. Such is the way of the Rules which I accepted when I created my Nation on October 28, 2003. If a Region cannot defend itself, too bad! The leadership should have been responsible. These SC Resolutions tilt the balance to Elitist who determine what is a Raid and what is Liberation by manipulating the Rules. It is like playing with a brat who takes away the toys when the outcome goes against his bias. The only security I have in my Region aside from Endorsements is the RIGHT as Delegate to Password my Region against any threat. If this RIGHT is at the whim of the SC then have the game makers remove all password abilities across the board thereby removing this continued farce of hypocrisy.
As such Mikeswill voted FOR the World Assembly Resolution "Repeal "Liberate Singapore"".

Hi all. Got back from Charleston yesterday. I-95 was murder, but everything else was pretty fun.
We went on the USS Yorktown, and aside from hitting my head on things and losing my phone it was awesome.
Took a horse and buggy ride around the historic district, went to watch Fantastic Beasts & Where To Find Them.
Great vacation.

You are a member of World Assembly. 52,6% of WA voted for resolution that is acting upon every WA member.
It is possible your Nation had lifted copyright laws, but when the resolution took an act your Nation became obliged to comply with new rules and copyrights aka patents once again act upon any civilian or government entities of The new pacific alliance.
Well, at least that's what comes to mind reading the resolution proposal text.
Stuff like this, is the main reason 
Palmstars would never join World Assembly.
As with membership and power to endorse others and vote for resolutions, comes responsibility for internal actions and compliance to resolution terms.
