So...is the NRDF charter ready?

Oh shoot... guess I forgot to click save. I'll repost it now.

The new charter looks good to me. I'll vote for it, and I encourage all Congress members (especially the inactive little buggers) to do the same.

Hey Natan if a bill in congress has three votes in favor can i sign it into law then and there or should i wait for all five congressmen to vote? Im hoping its the latter seeing how slow some of our congressmen are.

I'd message a congressman your suggestion and find someone who will propose it for you.

They can, but it's easier if they submit it to a congressman. It goes faster that way.
